Un día lleno de bendiciones para todos los amigos de esta maravillosa comunidad #ecotrain, deseando que se estén cuidando la salud aplicando las medidas de bioseguridad para así salir victoriosos de esta difícil prueba que nos ha colocado la naturaleza; complacida de poder compartirles temas de gran relevancia para el cuidado, protección y fortalecimiento del Planeta mediante el trabajo educativo realizado en las instituciones donde tengo el honor de servir en mi función como Supervisora, allí cuento con gente dispuesta al trabajo organizado y en armonía que repercute positivamente no solo el cultivo de verduras y vegetales para complementar la alimentación de los niños de la Institución, sino que se traduce en el beneficio y protección del medio ambiente.
All this done with commitment, so that in the near future we will have healthy food for the sustainability not only of the institution but of the community, and that the soil is kept in optimal conditions to continue obtaining healthy fruits and vegetables from it; that is why we all work together in an organized and relevant way in a beautiful Socio-Productive Project in flower beds; in which we not only plant to produce food but also to produce a meaningful learning by guiding our children towards the consumption of healthy food produced by ourselves and the protection of the soil.
In this opportunity I present The harvesting of Cucumbers and Chives product of a wonderful work done by all, here participates a collective willing to care and protection of the planting from the time of planting the seedlings, until the time of harvesting. That is why, in order to carry out this activity that requires multiple actions, ranging from knowledge, to condition the spaces, take turns to water, check, and be aware that the crop is developed in favorable conditions; there are fathers, mothers, representatives, teachers, students and the community in general.
Todo esto realizado con compromiso, para que en un futuro próximo contemos con alimentos saludables para la sustentabilidad no solo de la institución sino de la comunidad, y que los suelos se mantengan en óptimas condiciones para continuar obteniendo de él frutos y verduras sanos; es por ello que trabajamos todos juntos de forma organizada y pertinente en un Proyecto hermoso Socio-Productivo en canteros; en el cual no solo se siembra para producir alimentos sino además para producir un aprendizaje significativo orientando a nuestros niños hacia el consumo de alimentos sanos producidos por nosotros mismos y la protección del suelo.
En esta oportunidad les presento La recolección de Pepinos y Cebollín producto de un maravilloso trabajo realizado entre todos, aquí participa un colectivo dispuesto al cuidado y protección de la siembra desde el momento de plantar la plántulas, hasta el momento de la recolección. Es por ello, que para poder llevar a cabo esta actividad que requiere de múltiples acciones, que van desde el conocimiento, hasta acondicionar los espacios, turnarse para regar, revisar, y estar al pendiente de que el cultivo se desarrolla en condiciones favorables; allí participan padres, madres, representantes, maestros, estudiantes y comunidad en general.
This harvest with which we have been blessed, will allow us to contribute to the preparation of food for the students, but also to sell at an affordable price to the community and from there to cover other needs of the school; with each harvest we allow us to acquire certified seeds and implements necessary for planting. It is important to emphasize that the fertilizer that we put in the flower beds to obtain the seedlings is also produced in the educational spaces; we have a landfill of fruit shells, vegetables, egg shells, sugar cane to which we add animal manure, chicken manure (waste from laying hens), cocoa shells; we stir it every 4 days and we water it in the flower beds to nourish our land and our harvest is not only beautiful but also free of chemicals.
We are grateful to Mother Earth because we have at our disposal abundant fresh water and our land is fertile; besides we try to take care of it as much as we can so that every year we continue to have spaces for planting and harvesting and with this we fulfill our role of guiding students towards a worthy trade, we teach them to love and care for the land; besides this can be the livelihood of their family; so our main goal is that we are always all united to achieve to be In Harmony with Mother Earth.
Esta cosecha con la que hemos sido bendecidos, nos permitirá contribuir para la preparación de los alimentos de los estudiantes, pero también para vender a un precio accesible a la comunidad y de allí poder cubrir otras necesidades de la escuela; con cada cosecha nos permitimos adquirir semillas certificadas e implementos necesarios para las siembras. Es importante resaltar que el abono que colocamos a los canteros para la obtención de las plántulas, también lo producimos en los espacios educativos; tenemos un vertedero de conchas de frutas, verduras, cáscaras de huevo, caña de azúcar a lo que le agregamos estiércol de animales, gallinaza (residuos de las gallinas ponedoras), cáscaras de cacao; eso lo revolvemos cada 4 días y lo vamos regando en los canteros para nutrir nuestra tierra y que nuestra cosecha sea no solo hermosa sino libre de productos químicos.
Estamos agradecidos con la madre tierra porque tenemos a nuestro alcance abundante agua dulce y nuestra tierra es fértil; además de que tratamos de cuidarla lo mas que podamos a fin de que cada año sigamos teniendo espacios para la siembra y cosecha y con ello cumplimos con nuestro rol de orientar a los estudiantes hacia un oficio digno, les enseñamos a querer y cuidar la tierra; además de que puede ser este el sustento de su familia; por lo que nuestro objetivo principal es que siempre estemos todos unidos para lograr estar En Armonía con la Madre Tierra.
