There's nothing worse than heating our own self. You can't hide from yourself or escape being with you. So if you hate yourself, there's no need to say how much conflict goes on in your head.
The thing is, no one actually can help you fight this battle. Because most of the time people can't even understand what's going on inside you or mostly you don't let anyone understand. Whatever it is, others can only inspire and motivate you; you alone have to fight this.

There's no other way to think positively about thyself than practicing positivity as a whole. You can't stop heating yourself until you talk positive, think positive, be with more positive-minded people.

Make these two your priorities. And you will be amazed seeing how simple it is to get rid of self-hatred. Practice forgiveness, give yourself time, make a good bond with your inner self, befriend yourself and you will feel a lot better.
