This week @ecoTrain QOTW comes up with a message to the world. If there is one message that I can give to the world, what would it be?
Millions of people living in this world and with that we can see that so many realities exist in this world. Every single person lives in a world of their own, and that is where we may not be able to resonate with everyone around us because each one has a world of their own which may be so different then our own world that it may not comprehend. In simple terms we can also say we are all living an experience as per our own energetic vibration. So with that there is nothing right and wrong besides some of the basic principles of life. What may be right for someone may just not be right for me, because my frequency is completely different then others. So in such a case what could be that one message that would be relevant for every single human being on this planet.
Well to think of it there are many, like spread Love, Peace, Be Compassionate, Self Nurture, and so on but distinctively the one message that I would like to share is "Be Mindful", No matter at whatever frequency you are, or whatever experience you are living in your life, but just being mindful will open up a plethora of possibilities to make this world a better place for everyone to live in peace and harmony.
The word looks so small but it takes a whole lot of effort to implement. Bringing mindfulness in life will help one bring their emotions in control, will help one take decisions which would not be only good for self but will be good for the overall environment. Mindfulness helps takes right decisions of life, whether it is the choices we make in our day to day living of what to use or not use, or what to eat or not eat, or what to say or not say. We become more careful with how we handle our environment, surroundings, people, our own self. And all of this in return will reduce the stress level of life because then we are making informed decisions, it increases our focus on life, helps bring in equanimity in life in every area.
Now imagine that every single person starts living a mindful life? What would be the result? I believe that almost all the problems on our planet will get resolved, because we would always think about an inclusive approach to almost everything in life.
How does one bring mindfulness in life?
The one mantra is Slow down, one can never bring mindfulness in a fast paced life. Slow down does not mean we stop doing our daily chores that we are meant to, it is more about slowing the pace. Spending a little extra time in everything that we do by putting a thought on the outcome. Just for e.g. If we are very hungry and we want to eat something, then we may just reach out to whatever is available immediately and grab onto it to fulfill the hunger, now that may be a toxic food, but when we put a little thought about is this really good for me to consume then we may decide to chuck that out and go in for some healthy option by making choices.
In a fit of anger we make the most blunders of life, so the practice of mindfulness will make one pause think of consequences and then decide whether to release that anger or not. It is just a matter of seconds to reach to that conclusion, but it will save up on messed up relations.
Thinking of consequences before taking any action will help bring a balance. Spending little time on nature every day, doing breathing exercises, Yoga, meditation, spending little time on creative activities, slowing the pace down, will all help bring mindfulness in life.
Mindfulness will surely bring in lot of peace to the mind and peace of mind will lead to a better quality of life, a better quality of life means happy you, a happy you makes your surrounding and environment also bright and happy and all that one brings is goodness in this state.
Yesterday I was watching a movie and there was one very interesting line in it, which said, our body is just an instrument, the mind is the main performer of life, bring the mind in control and all problems are sorted. Just so true. So let's bring Mindfulness and make this world a better place to live 💖💖
