Hive is beautiful. Hive is fun. And, Hive is a mystery. I can certainly attest to all the statements I made here in this paragraph. The mystery part is quite mysterious.
Why did I say Hive is a mystery? It is because you never know what will land on your feed. I did not follow @ecotrain community and yet, I got to see this challenge. There are perks and benefits of actually reading and commenting on blogs posted on Hive. We always write about how to increase engagement in communities and this is one of the ways to do it. I am gutted that I missed those 25 other weekly questions.
What is gone is already gone. Let me try to take part in this week's Q&A series. The question posted by the community this week is interesting. It will require you to don your positive attitude and try to find positives by diving into the dark abyss of COVID.
Five positives
HIVE
The best thing that happened to me during this COVID is I found Hive. I knew about many other blogging platforms including STEEM. I had an account which I barely used. Then, COVID happened and I tried to login to STEM. The chain of events brought me to HIVE and I have been active on the platform ever since.Crypto education
I knew about bitcoin and ethereum and many other altcoins but I never dived into the concepts. Crypto was an interesting unknown to me. COVID happened and I was locked in my room. I had time to go through hundreds of documents to know more about the blockchain technology and financial freedom.Family time
I always longed to be with the family. COVID provided me with the opportunity to spend time with the family.Understanding the importance of financial freedom/decentralization
Although, i was aware of the terminologies I never get into details of these words. COVID changed the global economic order and altered the associated scenarios. The global market crash and the conversations thereafter has opened the concepts to many on financial freedom and decentralization.Global empathy
Whether we agree or not, COVID showcased the human empathy. Every society around the world prayed for global health and security. I think global empathy and concern for others were commendable human connection that came out of COVID.
