When a topic like Love & Realationship comes up, everything will boils down to a Men & Women relation. Our minds simply start responding to relationship between a boy and a girl.
But is that correct way of defining love?
Does love always happen between boys and girls or it is just the human psycology to looks into one direction which make loves quite popular thing around the world.
But when we start looking closely, we might end up looking into a broader and deeper context of love that can happen between anyone. There is a love between "father & child", "a man and an animal", between "brother and sister". There is no limit and boundary of love, it just happen and it is not wrong all the time. Love is one of the pious thing that happen in the universe which makes the world to live happily.
May be I am straying away from the real topic, as @ecotrain put up this nice question

Love & Infatuation
Dont get confuse with Love and Infatuation. Both are different words with vast meaning. We have seen many stories of a school kid getting crush on their teacher, or someone start getting deep feeling for a fellow friend. Also as these kids grown up, they simply start liking a neighbour or start getting attracted towards a fellow co passengers and so on.Those were some real life incident that may have happen to many of us. I came across such incident with my friends in my school and college days that took me to understand the meaning of Infatuation I.e getting attracted towards a opposite sex. Those friends and their young loves realtion werr no where near anywhere in today's time.
Many used to call them love while it is just an attraction and that is completlly natural phenomenon. Real Love is far away from Infatuation.
Why Love Happens.
Sincerely, I would say,no one would have the answer to it. Even science failed to understand and explain the bonding between two human beings.
Love between two persons is very difficult to explain. Because there were so many ways to fall in love.
“Love begins in a moment,grows over time to make strong bond and lasts for lifetime..”
Let take an example, My nephew brought a 3 month old Rottweiler puppy, he started playing with it, feeding him, he start to spend all the time with him, and today after more than one year, they are kind of inseparable. The dog just listen to his instruction and obey his command. They still have same bonding, and even if we want to put my nephew aside he won't be ok with it. Isnt that is a strong bonding or love that a ferocious dog like rottweiler has for his boss or call his friends.
Love can be understand through the meaning of attachment*. When we are helpless infants , we were taken care by our parents. They are the one who nurture us feed us ,take care of us and likewise we were bonded with a strong sense of emotion. And hence we start loving each other.
Bonding & Attachment.
So finally, if we still try to answer as why we fell in love, then we must understand that every attraction is not love.
A love needed to be a pious and meaningful relation, only when we have strong attachment, complimented by strong bonding and feeling of oneness. When we see and feel these in anyone then it can be said we are in love.
And when we have such a strong bonding, simply it won't be easy to get over it. As we start to look yourself into other individual. Which makes our life simply hollow when we decide to apart.
Ufff.....its quite complicated getting into the deep sea of love meaning, as and when we get into this we will able to explore a different world altogether and that what makes our life more beautiful and meaningful.
Might be we get to see many love / romantic post in the @ecotrain qotw but seems in don't have any answer to it.
