The route of change proposes a series of steps to follow when we find ourselves at a time in our lives when things as they are no longer work. While it is true, change is scary and can be a little nerve wracking, it is vitally important to do it. When we assume that we need a change and we do it consciously, we reduce stress and fear for the arrival of something new and we start a new chapter in our life where the main thing is the openness and willingness we have to make our life something really meaningful and good for ourselves as well as for those around us.

There are a series of steps, which from the psychology of orientation and behavior are suggested to follow when we consciously enter the path of change:
1. Recognize that something is not right: Recognizing adverse situations and difficulties allows us to see objectively what is happening with our life.
2. Feel the need for change: In our inner being we must feel the need to change and this is strictly related to our intuitive intelligence that is nourished by life experiences and the discomfort or dissatisfaction of the current situation. If we internally do not recognize the need for change, everything we do will be useless, we may never do anything and we will continue to torture ourselves.
3. Project our plans and ideas for the future: The starting point after assuming the change is to project ourselves towards what we want to be. That is, take as a starting point the present and the reality that I want to transform and imagine the future, but not a distant one but an immediate one where I can create step by step a new way of assuming life.

4. Concrete actions: In the path of change, many people believe or think that everything is going to happen all at once or in a single moment as a big explosion where everything new is born. In life these big changes happen in a drastic way only when events occur that mark a before and after, generally accompanied by great losses and suffering. In the path of change we talk about the actions we take to achieve day by day a significant transformation of our life in a way that allows us to adapt to the new circumstances we are creating.
5. Believe to grow: If we do not believe in ourselves, in our skills and abilities, we will achieve little or nothing. An insecure person who does not know what he wants and who does not assume himself as a human being who can make his goals and objectives come true, will not be able, no matter how much he plans to do anything because he will lack the main thing, to believe in himself.

6. Help others to grow and change: Once we have achieved the change and have managed to establish a route that has worked for us, we must help others to find or create their own route and path to change. Let our life serve as an example to be better people and that all those around us can also be better people.
