Yeah, I'm talking about 'mental health'. But you can ask for help with anything if you feel so. Especially if it's about your mental health. We have a tendency to hide our mental health issues. But you know what, opening up about it actually reduces half of the problem. It's way more necessary to take help from others to improve mental health.
Getting help is not synonymous with depending on others. Researches show that it helps to reduce depression, negativity, and improve our life condition. Not only that, I think it's always better to have people around you to fight the battle, right?
Don't feel shame to open up that you need help. Go for it, talk about it. You may not find many helpful people around you but at least you can find a single soul. That's what necessary. Share your true feeling, open up, and express yourself. You can be very strong to fight your battle alone. But people can help you feel stronger.
Now, if you tell me you don't have anyone to share, to get help. I would say, then make some first. You will never know how even some silly talk can help to reduce our pain. Just a simple smile, a get-together, or a voice call can make us feel better. Don't hesitate to get the help you feel you need. It will be helpful for your own good and do the same for others too!
