Our lifestyle defines our way, there's no argument on this I guess. One may want to be honest or active or something else but if he/she doesn't change his/her lifestyle then that would be just a wish, not anything real.
You will probably find many who wants to change their life for better. Like, start doing exercising, doing some meditation, healthy eating habits,s or getting rid of any bad habits. Whatever it is, one common this happens and that is we are not sure what we need to do to change our lifestyle, gradually but effectively.
So, let's talk about something that can help us with this!
Intention, commitment, and reflection. These are the three keywords to change our lifestyle for the better.
If you don't have any intention to change your life into a healthy life, with a better vision and all then you can't make it happen.
And there's no need to say how commitment can keep our motivation to gradually be on the change process.
But the most important thing is the reflection, implementation, and practice. You can have a good intention and commitment to change but if you don't work on it then it will never happen.
Take an example from your life as simple as weight loss or better food habits and relate these with the three key things. If you can make sure to follow and implement these three basic things to change your life, you will be successful for sure.
Now you know the things but what we do wrong is we forget to stick to it. Sometimes we just follow a few and then let go of the others. And then when we start to do it again we have to start from the beginning. So I would say, stick to your plan for change and life would be better!
