Yeah, you read it right though most of us have a belief that changing habit is one of the toughest things. As long as we have the right intention, we can change our habits for a better life.
Don't you know many who quit smoking or drug? You may also find people who now live a totally different life than they used to. It's because they had the nation, the strong intention to do so.
