Understanding our emotions, how we feel, how our inner feeling works, how we respond is way more necessary to understand thyself. And to find out how we reflect these are very basic things.
However, these may sound very vague. So let's make it clear by saying. 'we need to see ourselves from a distance to understand better about ourselves.' Put yourself in someone else's position to find out the real answer. This simple way always works.
