I guess it happened to us many times that we don't feel to do anything productive. We just sit on our couch or just enjoy spending unproductive time. But as the unproductive time comes with a guilty feeling, blaming and feeling down so this feeling can harm you!
I believe that passing some unproductive time is okay. We are human not machines. So it's okay to sometimes feel this way. But if you are feeling really very down, if your negativity is dragging you down, you can do something productive in being unproductive.
We have to first understand that productivity comes in many forms. It doesn't like, we always have to do our office work or working on some projects or our business. We can just do some indoor planting or painting or working on any other hobbies and this can be also very productive. Because it will passively impact positively in your productivity. Besides that, if you really believe that your unproductivity is impacting negatively in your life then try to do something productive in between your unproductive time.
If you shift some of your productive work in unproductive time, like some simple works which will not create any pressure and you enjoy these, you can make yourself feel better in this way.
Believe in yourself that you will get it done anyway. So passing some unproductive time is okay. Re-schedule your to-do lists so you can catch up very soon. And be cool with your unproductive time, don't feel guilty or any negative feeling about not being doing anything.
It's just a human nature and there is no way to feel complex about unproductive times. You still be potential and so don't feel bad; just go with it.
