One favor you can do to yourself and that is to change yourself for the better.
But changing ourselves is one of the hardest things. You can even push others to change their behavior but when it comes to us, it's really challenging. And most of the time we don't even know if we need anything to change. It's because we can't see ourselves from others' points of view.
If you are the one who is thinking to develop as a person, do better in life, add more value then you must focus on a few things. And one of the major things is to focus on how you explain things.
When you notice your behavior on the basis of how you talk about others, how you explain things to others, how you process any situation it will help you a lot to decide 'what you need to change'.
Let me explain with an example!
If you talk negatively about others; if you only remember what goes wrong with any event; if you explain things negatively to others; you have to understand that you are not doing this right. This behavior will not help you nor others in any way.
Yeah, it's true we sometimes need to be honest about our feeling and emotions. But what I'm talking about is a pessimistic thing. If you continuously talk, think, express negatively then you must change your way of dealing with things. Otherwise, it will make a negative impact on your whole life.
This behavior may not sound much but it's enough to make us a pessimistic person and thus we will end up having more negativity around us. I guess no one wants that. So if you want to change, change this behavior!
