Realizing and accepting our own anxiety is not an easy thing. We usually think, the thing will go away eventually but the truth is if you are anxious then it will not go away easily. And it will turn bigger day by day.
That's why taking steps just after when you realize you are feeling anxious is essential.
Let's see what we can do with the moment we discover our anxiety!
- Return your mind to the present.
Most of the time anxiety happens because of our worries about the future. Take a moment to return your thoughts in the present time and see what opportunities you can make to do better in the future.
- Don't get panic, take a moment to understand the situation.
Most of the time, we see things from our personal side. Only when we change our perspective and try to evaluate the situation objectively can reduce the level of anxiety.
- Take a break.
Make a barrier, take a break from your worries; at least for a while. Give yourself time to understand what is really happen and then fix what you need to do.
There are many other things we can do like, doing five minutes meditation, practicing breathing exercises to release stress, shift our focus to something positive, and more. What is more important is how we are reacting. And practicing the right reaction needs a lot of time.
But I hope if we follow some of the basic things mentioned here, we can get away from anxiety, at least a little bit. Remember to not panic, give yourself time to understand, and try to improve your whole state of mind.
