It's not very uncommon to find yourself not improving the way you wanted to be. Like if you are working on weight loss or trying to meditate; there is a high chance that you may not see a quick result or sometimes any result.
Why does this happen? Why do we fail to improve ourselves on our own?
One of the common reasons behind our failure is our 'unrealistic vision'. We think a certain technique will change our life forever, we will be a different person just after a few days.
