A shout for inside

To say that we are aware of the message we are trying to leave to the world with our passage through life seems a bit presumptuous, but if we could try to reflect on what we are doing with our lives that leave a mark, that shows a coherent line between conscious thoughts and actions.

However, most people are not clear that their life is their message and that more than being carried away by the river of life, the most important thing is to penetrate into the center of our being to illuminate the dark corners, to know and recognize ourselves as integral beings seeking to project and expand our energy, which is the divinity that inhabits us.

If we become aware that whether we want to or not, our beliefs, our gifts, and talents, our way of conducting ourselves and developing as people, our daily tasks, our way of relating, our thoughts and actions to carry them out; speak loudly of us and constitute a legacy that can be modest or grandiose, according to the vision and interests of each one of us.

It is significant that @ecotrain induces us to make an examination of conscience around that which shouts who we are, even if we do not have a good voice. Every opportunity to internalize in order to give feedback is propitious and should be welcomed, because knowing who we are, what we are doing to achieve our dreams and life purposes, how we are pleasing ourselves so as not to go crazy with so much control over us by the complex and entangled society. That's why this week's QOTW of the week sounds good.

A shout for inside

We don't always believe that we have a clear opportunity to score a goal, even though we have been preparing for a long time to be good soccer players. Then, it is not by chance that we achieve it, it is a product of hard work. So is leading our life with successes and mistakes, which we all have, but many times we do not celebrate them enough, or we do not forgive ourselves as often as it is required.

However,we keep trying to be happy, which is the true reason to see the light in this world. There is no failure so heavy that it sinks us forever nor achievement so light that it lifts us up forever. That is why balance exists and life strives for it.

Balance is fragile, like a leaf taking off in autumn, the opening of a flower in spring, the fall of the first snowflakes in winter, like the kiss between the first drops of rain and the ground. There is a momentum that denotes the tenuous line with which nature draws inspiring episodes of balance between the whole and the parts. However, it is not the same with people, not always the stages of life are inspiring, because life is not as predictable as nature.

Life is made up of good moments, not-so-good moments, and indefinable moments that mark milestones in the mind, more than in reality, because of relativity. One does not realize when the season of operas begins based on dramas that mark us, sink us, elevate us, shake us and leave echoes that follow us for life, one of them produced by poor stress management, as is my case.

One of the reasons why our voice is distempered and stops projecting in appearance because it becomes subway; is to live with chronic stress, that which does not need great reasons to break the fragile balance of the brain and leave intermittent winds of anxiety or silence depression, that which goes unnoticed, but changes even the way of looking, talking and even shouting, because the cries stop sounding on the outside, but inside resonate with ideas, feelings, relationships.

And one realizes that the message of life is distorted although the essence is not lost, the values change, the interests, the way of interacting with the world is different when we anchor ourselves in the being to the detriment of the appearance that is no longer important. We become more reflective and connected without the need for so many words, we rely on the soul, instead of the body and its pouting, because in spite of adversities, there are always reasons to fight for a better world, starting from oneself.

We sing beautiful imperfect songs and bask in how great it is to be perfectly imperfect. And we value the Family as the core and Love as the center and light of the world and we smile thanks to its power and grace because that is the message: We must feed the energy of Love, be empathetic, we must give and receive Love, we must talk about Love, let it be the loudest cry of our lives because Love is the one that saves us.

Un grito para adentro

Decir que tenemos conciencia del mensaje que intentamos dejar al mundo con nuestro paso por la vida parece un tanto presuntuoso, aunque sí pudiéramos intentar reflexionar sobre que estamos haciendo con nuestras vidas que deje huella, que muestre una línea coherente entre pensamientos y acciones conscientes.

Sin embargo, la mayoría de las personas no tienen claro que su vida es su mensaje y que más que dejarse llevar por el río de la vida, lo más importante es penetrar en el centro de nuestro ser para iluminar las esquinas oscurecidas, conocernos y reconocernos como seres integrales buscando proyectar y expandir nuestra energía, que es la divinidad que nos habita.

Si nos hacemos conscientes de que queramos o no, nuestras creencias, nuestros dones y talentos, nuestra forma de conducirnos y de desarrollarnos como personas, nuestro quehacer diario, nuestra forma de relacionarnos, nuestros pensamientos y acciones para llevarlos a cabo; hablan alto de nosotros y constituyen un legado que puede ser modesto o grandioso, según la visión y los intereses de cada quien.

Es significativo que @ecotrain nos induzca a realizar un examen de conciencia en torno a eso que grita quiénes somos, aunque no tengamos buena voz. Toda oportunidad de interiorizar para retroalimentar es propicia y debe ser acogida con beneplácito, pues saber a conciencia quiénes somos, qué estamos haciendo para lograr nuestros sueños y propósitos de vida, cómo nos estamos complaciendo para no enloquecer con tanto control sobre nosotros por parte de la compleja y enredada sociedad. Por eso, suena bien la presente QOTW de la semana.

Un grito para adentro

No siempre creemos que estamos ante la oportunidad clara para meter un gol a pesar de que nos preparamos durante mucho tiempo para ser un buen jugador de fútbol. Entonces, no es casualidad que lo logremos, es producto del trabajo duro. Así mismo es llevar nuestra vida con aciertos y errores, que todos los tenemos, pero que muchas veces no los celebramos lo suficiente o no nos perdonamos con la frecuencia que se requiere.

Sin embargo, seguimos intentando ser felices que es la verdadera razón de ver la luz en este mundo. No hay fracaso tan pesado que nos hunda por siempre ni logro tan liviano que nos eleve para siempre. Para eso existe el equilibrio y la vida pugna hacia él.

El equilibrio es frágil, como el despegue de una hoja en otoño, la apertura de una flor en primavera, la caída de lo primero copos de nieve en invierno, como el beso entre las primeras gotas de lluvia y el suelo. Hay un momentum que denota la tenue línea con la cual la naturaleza traza inspiradores episodios de equilibrio entre el todo y las partes. No obstante, no es igual con las personas, no siempre las etapas de la vida son inspiradoras, porque ésta no es tan predecible como la naturaleza.

La vida se compone de momentos buenos, momentos no tan buenos y momentos indefinibles que marcan hitos en la mente, más que en la realidad, por eso de la relatividad. Uno no se da cuándo se inicia la temporada de óperas basadas en dramas que nos marcan, nos hunden, nos elevan, nos sacuden y dejan ecos que nos siguen de por vida, uno de ellos producidos por mal manejo del estrés, como es mi caso.

Una de las razones por las cuales nuestra voz se destiempla y deja de proyectarse en apariencia, porque se vuelve subterránea; es vivir con estrés crónico, ése que no necesita de grandes motivos para romper el frágil equilibrio del cerebro y dejar ondeando vientos intermitentes de ansiedad o de depresión silente, ésa que pasa inadvertida, pero va cambiando hasta la forma de mirar, de hablar y hasta de gritar, porque los gritos dejan de sonar en el exterior, pero adentro resuenan con las ideas, con los sentimientos, con las relaciones.

Y uno se da cuenta que el mensaje de vida se tergiversa aunque no se pierde la esencia, los valores cambian, los intereses, la forma de interactuar con el mundo es otra cuando nos anclamos en el ser en desmedro del parecer que ya no es importante. No volvemos más reflexivos y conectados sin necesidad de tantas palabras, no apoyamos en el alma, más que en el cuerpo y sus mohínes, porque a pesar de las adversidades, siempre hay motivos para luchar por un mundo mejor, empezando por uno mismo.

Cantamos hermosas canciones imperfectas y nos solazamos de lo grandioso que es ser perfectamente imperfectos. Y valoramos la Familia como núcleo y al Amor como centro y luz del mundo y sonreímos gracias a su poder y gracia, porque ése es el mensaje:Hay que alimentar la energía del Amor, ser empático, dar y recibir Amor, hay que hablar de Amor, que sea el grito más fuerte en nuestra vida porque el Amor es quien nos salva.
