Let me introduce myself. I'm Tina. This is my first time writing in this community, and this is a sweet (and a bit exciting ๐คญ) story about how I fell in love with the world of K-Pop, and most importantly, how TREASURE managed to steal my heart. Not just once, but every time they appeared on screen or on my playlist! ๐
๐ HOW I FALLED INTO THE K-POP HOLE ๐
Honestly, I didn't really follow K-Pop at all. I only liked listening to viral songs or Korean drama OSTs. But everything changed when a K-Pop boy band performed in Indonesia. At that time, there was the 2018 ASEAN Games here, and this boy band performed a very easy-going song called SARANGEUL HETTA URIGA MANNA ~~ haha, surely you've heard of it, right? Yes, iKON is the band name. This is where I started to fall in love with K-Pop music.
Out of curiosity, I researched everything about the band until I finally met TREASURE, who were then on the reality show TREASURE BOX through YG Entertainment, the same agency that manages iKON. From there, I became crazy about TREASURE. ๐
I followed the entire reality show from 2018 until their debut in 2020. And to this day, I'm still loyal to Treasure. And... well, since then, I've never gone back to my old life. HAHA!
๐ WHO IS TREASURE? (IF YOU DON'T KNOWโฆ COME ON AND SIT) ๐
TREASURE is a boy group from YG Entertainment that debuted in 2020. They consist of 10 boys (previously 13, 1 out before debut and 2 out after debut), and they're multi-talented, not only able to sing, dance, and rap, but also great at composing, making fans melt, andโฆ making us forget to sleep from watching too much of their content! ๐ญ
Each member has a unique charm. Some are super gentle, some are hilarious, some are mysterious, and someโฆ oh my, their smiles are like the sun after the rainโwarming but also dazzling! ๐๐
๐ FAVORITE SONG? DON'T ASKโฆ ALL OF THEM! BUT IF I HAD TO CHOOSEโฆ ๐
Oh man, this is hard. But if I had to, I'd choose "BOY." Their debut song has an energy that can't be explained. Every time I hear the beat, I immediately remember the first time I watched the MV and thought: โCRAZY. This group is going to be huge!โ
But besides "BOY", I also really like "DARARI" (oh my gosh it's so sweet!) and "HELLO" which really boost my mood when I'm tired from work. By the way, DARARI went viral on TikTok for it dance challenge, haha.
๐ MY LIFE NOW? EVERYTHING TREASURE ๐
Phone wallpaper? TREASURE.
Ringtone? "Yellow."
Spotify playlist? A full TREASURE album.
New hobby? Watching Teu-Day, reaction videos, fancams, behind-the-scenes videos, and even their mukbangs. I even know who eats the fastest. ๐
Every day is exciting because there's always new content from them. Whether it's a vlog, a TikTok challenge, or just a random live show that makes me smile like I'm in love, eeaaa ๐
๐ BEING A TEUME FROM INDONESIA, HHHMMMM HOW DOES IT FEEL? ๐
Wow, it's crazy, it feels like being part of a big family, even though we're far apart. Sometimes I feel sad because I haven't had the chance to meet them in person. But when they say "Thank you Teume Indonesia!" at a concert or live, I immediately feel so appreciated. It's like they truly know we exist and really care about them ๐
And let's not forget the super-close and creative Teume Indonesia community! From birthday projects, fanart, to MV viewing eventsโeverything makes the fangirling experience even more exciting and meaningful.

Dear TREASURE,
Thank you for being a part of my days. You're not just cool idols, but also a source of life inspiration for many people, including me. Thank you for making me laugh, cry, jump, and sometimes even gape at your visuals (eh). And yeah, for the song MY TREASURE, honestly it is the best song for me, thank you for releasing such a beautiful song when I was really down in my life. ๐ฅน
