We never think something will happen and it does. I picked up my laptop a little while ago and it went into diagnostic mode. I figured it would complete and all would be good. Boy was I wrong! My laptop would not restart and everything I had was saved on that laptop.

My first thought was how am I going to get my keys to Hive. How am I going to get all my passwords and all the other stuff that was on that laptop? My next thought was where is my old laptop and will it still work or not? Well, I found an older laptop and it still works as you know, I hope, as I am making a post here. It is an older laptop and is not the best, it will have to do till I can get another one, I guess. So now I have to save up for that. Man, talk about the unexpected happening! Something else to add to the growing list. Now I am in a panic looking to see if I wrote down all my passwords and my keys for my account on Hive! It has been a rough week for me already and it is not even Wednesday Yet!

I then remember that I made a copy of all my keys and passwords on a thumb drive, now to just find it and hope it will work on this older laptop. So I find it and put it in the laptop and it comes up and there is everything I needed. I was so relieved!
I guess the moral of this story is to back up all of your keys and passwords on a thumb drive or an external hard drive. I was worried for a little while there and it was about to get the best of me. I guess this was a wakeup call for me to make sure and tell everyone to please backup your keys and passwords for the unexpected as it will happen sooner or later. Never a dull moment in my life! I hope everyone has a good night/day, whatever it is in your neck of the woods. DO NOT FORGET TO BACK UP YOUR KEYS AND PASSWORDS!
