Therefore, it is necessary to eat plenty of vitamins and keep the body's resistance high. For this, you also need to eat a lot of fruits and things with vitamins. We also prefer to eat a lot of fish for this. I shared anchovies again recently. Today I will share fish again, but this time I want to talk about the types of fish found at the seller, not about its preparation.

Yine geçenlerde hamsi paylaşmıştım. Bugün de yine balık paylaşacağım ama bu sefer hazırlanmasını değil satıcıda bulunan balık çeşitlerinden bahsetmek istiyorum.

Genelde hamsi tercih ediyoruz. Bunda eşimin Karadenizli olması ve benim de hamsiyi sevmem çok etkili. Biz de hep hamsiyi tercih ediyoruz biraz da diğer balıklara bakalım dedik.
For example, there were chupra in other fish varieties, but it was very small. The chupra I know is a slightly bigger fish. Either they hunted as small ones, or some kind of this chupra. If it didn't look like a topra, if it didn't have a pillow, I was going to say it's not a topra, but I think the pillow looks like a topra. If there is a small variety, I will have learned it for the first time.
Diğer balık çeşitlerinde çupra vardı mesela ama çok küçüktü. Benim bildiğim çupra biraz daha büyük bir balıktır. Ya bunlar küçük olarak avladılar ya da bu çupranın bir çeşidi. Then there was the silverfish, which I heard about for the first time. It was a fish I had never tasted before and had not eaten. It is a long fish that is whiter and thinner inside than other fish. The taste was better than the other fish. This time I bought three types of fish. I couldn't decide and I wanted to try to taste the other fish as well. These three fish are chupra, silverfish, horse mackerel. The most beautiful of them was the silver fish.
Daha sonra ilk defa duyduğum gümüş balığı vardı. Daha önce hiç tadına bakmadım ve yemediğim bir balıktı. İçi diğer balıklara göre daha beyaz ve ince uzun bir balık. Lezzeti ise diğer balıklara göre daha güzeldi sanki. Bu sefer üç çeşit balık almıştım. Hem karar veremedim hem de diğer balıkların da tadına bakmak denemek istedim. Bu üç balık çupra, gümüş balığı, istavrit. İçlerinden en güzeli gümüş balığıydı.
The horse mackerel, on the other hand, was a fish that was thin, long and similar to the chupra in color. I would say a little bigger than anchovies, a little weaker than chupra. 😃 I think that was the most fishy of them. But even though it wasn't as nice as the silverfish in taste, it would be fine.
İstavrit ise ince uzun ve renk olarak çupraya benzeyen bir balıktı. Hamsiden biraz büyük çupradan biraz zayıf bir balık diyebilirim. 😃 İçlerinden en kılçıklısı buydu galiba. Ama tad olarak gümüş balığı kadar güzel olmasa da idare ederdi.
I don't need to introduce the other fish, I only know the taste of anchovies, I've never tried the others. And don't forget to eat fish at least once a week on these cold winter days. There is no fresh fish in the summer, but now fresh fish comes across. I hope none of us will get sick. 🙏😊
