Sinceramente yo no era muy amante de la cocina, pero al empezar a comer saludable y preparar yo misma mi comida fue que me dedique a la cocina, y bueno ahora debo alimentar a mi bebé por ende debo cocinar.
Pero prefiero pedir delivery, es que pienso, que es más el tiempo que invierto cocinando, que él me como la comida jaja.
La comida que pediría, se llama “El Titanic” es un pan súper grande de 3 pisos, relleno de pollo, carne, chorizo, tocineta, maíz, mayonesa, jamón, platano, salsa de tomate y ajo, “Dios mío” escribiendo se me hizo agua la boca, ya lo quiero, espero tener pronto dinero y poder comprarlo.
Honestly, I was not very fond of cooking, but when I started eating healthy and preparing my food myself, I dedicated myself to the kitchen, and well now I have to feed my baby, therefore I have to cook.
But I prefer to order delivery, I think, that is more the time I spend cooking, that he eats the food haha.
The food that I would order, is called "The Titanic" is a super large bread of 3 floors, stuffed with chicken, meat, chorizo, bacon, corn, mayonnaise, ham, banana, tomato sauce and garlic, "My God" writing is It made my mouth water, I already love it, I hope to have money soon and be able to buy it.

Arroz con pollo,realizado por mi.foto:@albaandreina Enero/2021; Falcón. Venezuela.
Uno de los platillos que cocino mejor; es el arroz con pollo, este plato casi nunca falta en los cumpleaños de un venezolano ya que es el que más rinde, a todos les gusta y las personas no lo critican jaja.
Ahora bien yo lo hago a mi manera, sin medidas ni nada, y saben me queda delicioso, según mi padre, que es quisquilloso con la comida.
Los Ingredientes son:
-Pollo
-Aceite
-Salchichas
-Arroz
-Vegetales (Pimentón, cebolla, cebollín, ajo, ají dulce).
-Salsa de Soya.
-Zanahoria.
Preparación:
Aliñar el pollo y sofreírlo con el arroz, seguidamente se le agrega la salchicha picada en cuadritos, después los vegetales ,2 cucharadas de salsa de soya y sal al gusto de la persona.
De esta manera lo preparo, sencillo pero sabroso, espero sea de su agrado.
One of the dishes that I cook the best; It is rice with chicken, this dish is almost never missing on Venezuelan birthdays since it is the one that yields the most, everyone likes it and people do not criticize it haha.
Now I do it my way, without measures or anything, and you know it is delicious, according to my father, who is picky about food.
The ingredients are:
-Chicken

-Sausages
-Rice
-Vegetables (Paprika, onion, chives, garlic, sweet pepper).
-Soy sauce.
-Carrot.
Preparation:
Season the chicken and fry it with the rice, then add the diced sausage, then the vegetables, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and salt to suit the person.
In this way I prepare it, simple but tasty, I hope it is to your liking.
