Hello friends of Hive and this beautiful community of ladiesofhive, as always it is a pleasure to greet all of you. today I come to talk a little of what it was for me to have received a degree in human resources managementI hope you like it!

Is having a college degree an achievement to be proud of? If it's a simple question, you can simply answer "yes", but is the answer deeper or does it require more detail than an automatic yes answer, a degree pleases your parents or pleases you? What a question, some people can only learn to do things and others can do it themselves but from my perspective and experience, I agree with others that things go hand in hand.

However, despite being born into a family with few and intermittent economic resources, I was able to do more than just dedicate myself to following that pattern and although one of the people who I could now say I had as a purebred colleague and me being a simple little sheep, I learned that, for example, patience and discipline will kill obsession like a hare or a tortoise. Since I started my career as a student and that was the career that I was passionate about and that accompanied me on that path but it did not take much more than 4 years to graduate as a license in one of the highest houses of studies as it is and will remain so despite the adversities the university of the east and although now unfortunately I have never worked in that branch I would love to exercise it someday for self-motivation because we know that working in anything else we generate more than being a wage earner more than the amount.

Similarly, I try to imagine how that unfolding would be, since now after time acquiring knowledge and wisdom are not the same, since the first is the data and the second is how to use that data. For example, Einstein knows about atoms, but I think he could never manipulate them by building an atomic bomb to kill people and that's the difference between having knowledge or being wise.

Another example is that many people do not get a good trial despite receiving advice from lawyers because it is that you can acquire a lot of legal knowledge and still be bad litigating, however in my country Venezuela there are very few examples like Maradona, Messi and Ronaldo, but eye there are many experts who then I learned that you have to know more. Because a person who does what he likes is not generating an effort but is exploiting the best of himself and that's what happens to me.

Finally after all these years received as a graduate is what makes me feel very happy and proud of what I achieved with my effort and my own merits and e is only achieved through perseverance where this is certainly the case, since it is the result of efforts that are already bearing fruit and represents the highest level of existing research.
