No Condition is permanent.
This is one reason I hold onto hope because nothing lasts forever, the good, the bad and even the ugly, as time goes by, things begin to change.
When the going gets tough, I remind myself that, this too shall pass, I look beyond my challenge and begin to learn from the experience, every tough time reminds me of my strength, the ability to bounce back after every hurt or disappointment.
Once there is life, there is hope.
This has helped me to take one day at a time and most especially to practice gratitude, I have a journal where I write down what I am grateful for every day and that has revived my hope because I know once there is life, whatever was lost will be replaced, with time and determination.
Closed doors are for redirection.
When a door closes, it directs you to find another route, this has taught me to have an open mind in life and not feel stuck in whatever situation I find myself in, I have discovered a lot about myself through daunting situations, and I have explored and the more I get a No, I find other ways to make it right which is when self-affirmation comes in, I remind myself that I am not defined by my situation and I know I can get through it, I have also surrounded myself with genuine friends who see the good in me and wants the best for me, just as I affirm myself daily, there they are cheering me on the way and do you know how frustrating it can be when you face life alone? With no one to support you with kind words, this is why I try my best to be the kind of friend I want them to be to me.
When life throws you Lemon, make Lemonade out of it.
This has helped me look beyond the negativity in life and focus on the positive aspects of life, finding a reason to hold onto hope every day, because there is so much to live for.
I enjoy alone time admiring the beauty of nature, I also practice mindfulness and ensure my mental health is my priority, I ensure to drink lots of water, exercise, stay healthy and eat healthy.
He who falls and gets up is stronger than the one who never fell.
It's not a bad thing to start all over, the new beginning begins with the mind, a happy mood and a change of mindset can be all you need to see the light again.
Making the constant effort to be a better version of myself is one way to find the silver lining even if it seems as though there is no way out.

What makes you hold onto hope? Enlighten us on something you do to create a safe, positive space around yourself, to boost the belief or conviction to always look for the cloud with a silver lining, even if it means starting again.
