It has been a while since my last post here in the Ladies of Hive Community. So, what's up now, ladies? Speaking of what's up here, I saw a challenge that is still ongoing. Thanks to @safira for providing such interesting questions for this challenge.
We use a lot of things in our daily lives to get through and the cycle goes on everyday. Speaking of which is useful, it might take me tomorrow to list it all here. Then, I resorted just rank them here to three. The most useful among them all is my phone.

From the moment I wake up, the first thing that I grab is my phone when I hear my alarm or even if there isn't one set in it. I will check the time and then my schedule. If I could have some time before doing anything major for the day, I would check my messages first, then read something to warm up my mind. I don't know but it's a kind of a habit that I use to fuel my mind to get going me for the whole day. It's either an article or my bible reading plan, as long as I can absorb words; it feels like those are sharpening my brain cells that become dull overnight.
This is where I contact my family and friends also; one of the reasons why I'm holding my phone mostly the whole day. It is my way to keep myself away from feeling lonely while living alone here in the city. I don't also go outside that much to hangout with my friends since they are busy with their lives and I also have my priorities.
There is a lot more than entertainment and communication which I can do with my phone, I can also do my side hustles with this. I can snap pictures of establishments, streetscapes, sceneries, plants, flowers, or myself; basically just anything that is mesmerizing and captivating in my eyes and I want it to be the reminiscent that I can look back at anytime. Aside from a way to imprint that subject not just for my memory, I can also share those pictures online and make money out of it. It's not just sharing pictures but also sharing my thoughts and ideas with everyone. That would also do, and there's so much more that I can do with my phone, really.
Second to my phone is my eyeglasses. Before I decided to get my eyes checked, I was using anti-radiation glasses first since I often use my phone. It kinda worked and I was using that for almost a year during the pandemic where I can't yet go out for a check up. When I went back home here in the province, I decided to have it checked and buy glasses with the right lens for my eyes.

My eyes are sensitive to light and I can't look properly at the road in broad daylight without getting blinded. At night, it is still the same, every light on posts, lamps, or in the room looks like stars to me and everything is a shade darker when I look at them. It's not that blurry yet but I can see the difference, and I know that there is something wrong with it. Well, it's the eyes that we're talking about. Our eyes are windows of our soul. I'm often looking at the worst case scenarios, which I guess, have helped me a lot. The time that I have my check up done, I have know that I have astigmatism in both eyes, the grades are still low but still progressive. It's better knowing that earlier than later.
The third useful thing that I own is my earphones; one of the things that I can't live without. Perhaps, I just got used to this since I was in high school. At first, it was just mostly my grand escape from hearing things that I'm helpless about. Growing up in a chaotic family and full of toxicity, listening to grudge, rock, and metal with the full volume up, and plugging my earphones on was my only outlet back then. Hearing screams in a song and lyrics that speaks about my life, it made me feel that I have company despite being alone.

That was back then, right now, I used my earphones to listen with songs that can help me focus to study or write. I use my earphones also when I'm doing household chores and I listen to music that can motivate me to do my work properly and with interest so I wouldn't get bored and just abandon it halfway. It is also much helpful not just to eliminate background noises but also to eliminate disturbances coming from people that you don't want to deal with. Every time I plugged my earphones on, I can also spy on people who talked about me behind my back. It works every time since they think that I can't hear them.
Those are the things that are the most useful to me, which I guess, some of you can relate. I want to invite Ate @lhes, Mamshie @jenthoughts, and Ate @yen1503 to participate for this challenge. I know these ladies have things that are most useful to them or they have some lessons that they can share to teach us something new.
