The path towards survival is a forever unending one, when we get to a certain point when we think we have gotten to a certain point, something comes up again. That is a good reason why we must never procrastinate on our happiness, whether we have so much or so little, happiness is one thing we should never procrastinate about, this post is about helping us remain happy all through this year and beyond. Here are helpful tips on how we can maintain/sustain happiness every day of our lives.

Manage your stress level: With all the buzz about meeting up with new year goals and new year plans, we may go overboard with the way we stress ourselves, managing stress lies in our ability to know when we have gotten to our limit and we need to take out time to rest. When we are adequately rested, it would be easier for us to stay happy and excited and even more energized to get back to work again.
Have a healthy lifestyle: Having a healthy lifestyle for me boils down to eating well, resting well, and building meaningful relationships amongst others. A healthy lifestyle is extremely important in order for us to have a happy life.
Talk and share: Most of the things that make us unhappy are those things we have locked up in our hearts and are bothering us greatly but we have no one to share it with, when we learn how to speak out to someone/people we can trust, we feel really relieved and opened for more happiness to flow in, and this point takes us to the next point, which is.....
Having good relationships: Weather we like to admit it or not, we are a strong product of the type of relationships we keep, we can become a happy or a sad person based on the type or category of people we have around us, we must learn the importance of surrounding ourselves with good people, those people we can get really opened and comfortable with when we need to speak. It is also important that we look for people who are always happy, they would influence us with their happy vibes.
Build your self-esteem: We live in a world where cruelty is the order of the day, we have people whose jobs have become to speak down on others without even considering their mental health. You need to build a strong form of resilience against what people say and what society thinks while you pursue happiness on a great level.
