*Hoy como todas las semanas, participo con entusiasmo en esta iniciativa que contempla un tema que está en tendencia a nivel mundial , como lo es el derecho y la igualdad de la mujer.*

*En lo que respecta al derecho y la equidad del género , a nivel mundial existe aún mucho trabajo por hacer, considero que hay que dejar a un lado la rivalidad y competitividad femenina y enfocarnos más en reunir fuerzas y unión para defender todos nuestros derechos que nos corresponden como seres individuales basados en la sororidad.

Hoy día se ha visto muchas publicaciones a nivel mundial de movimientos feministas, buscando más apoyo de sus pares.

*Hay mujeres que se mantienen distantes, solo como observadoras quizás por miedo, quizás por circunstancias que la vida no se lo permite y hay otras que sí se arman de valor y se unen a esta lucha por la equidad y los derechos de nosotras las mujeres.

*Considero que es un tema que hay que tratar no solo en lo social, en pequeños espacios, es un tema que debe tratarse a nivel educacional a nivel de lo familiar en lo laboral ,porque de nada sirve que se formen un grupo de mujeres en un determinado espacio a clamar por equidad por justicia por igualdad cuando todavía existen hogares familias enteras donde el machismo impera y es allí donde quiero llegar, hay que trabajar desde la raíz, desde la escuela para padres de cómo propiciar el buen trato, la igualdad entre hombres y , en dejar de criar niños machistas y niñas sumisas.

* Es hora de comenzar desde la escuela, incluso desde que el niño nace mostrarle que todos somos seres únicos individuales con los mismos derechos con los mismos deberes. Que ninguno es más que el otro que no existe debilidad ni fortaleza ,somos iguales. Que la mujer no es eL sexo débil creo que esto generaría muchos cambios a nivel mundial a nivel individual , habría un cambio de conciencia y se ampliaría más el despertar de la mujer en función de tomar decisiones importantes para su bienestar el de su comunidad y de un país entero

*Ahora más que nunca hay que darle realce a la palabra sororidad que no es más que la red de apoyo entre mujeres, no se trata dv tengamos una amistad consolidada, ni que pensemos de la misma manera, ni tampoco que contrastemos con las mismas ideas, tampoco que simpaticemos unas con otras . La sororidad tiene como principio que unamos fuerzas que nos aliemos para cambiar de una vez por todas las reglas del juego que de más esta decir no fueron creadas por ni para nosotras.

*Como mujer que soy, docente de profesión, trabajo con niños de primaria y a favor de la igualdad y la equidad de la mujer incentivo el valor del respeto entre ellos, me ha tocado observar niños con con conductas adquiridas de agresión e irrespeto de agresiones físicas y verbales hacia sus compañeritas pero son patrones de conducta que vienen dados por el sistema familiar en el que convive, entonces me ha tocado conjuntamente con un grupo interdisciplinario de docentes abrir campo para la escuela para padres. Los padres han participado satisfactoriamente en esta campaña ,han hecho consciencia algunos. No todos han hecho concientizado de lo importante que es la convivencia en la familia para que sus hijos crezcan en un ambiente sano y alejado de toda agresividad y de discordias, es un trabajo de hormiguitas a lo largo de 3 años, hemos visto los frutos pero paso a paso iremos abordando esta iniciativa hasta poder extendernos a otras instituciones y poder ser institución piloto, para que a nivel nacional se impulse este trabajo y que pueda llegar a otros países y se pueda realizar este tipo de actividades a nivel a internacional y podamos hacer eco de lo que realmente deseamos que es la igualdad y el respeto hacia la mujer ,ser vista como un ser social un ser individual con los mismos derechos que tiene el hombre.

Today as every week, I participate with enthusiasm in this initiative that contemplates an issue that is trending worldwide, as is the right and equality of women..

Regarding the right and gender equality , worldwide there is still much work to do, I believe that we must put aside the female rivalry and competitiveness and focus more on gathering strength and union to defend all our rights that correspond to us as individual beings based on sorority.

Today we have seen many publications worldwide from feminist movements, seeking more support from their peers.

There are women who remain distant, only as observers perhaps out of fear, perhaps because of circumstances that life does not allow them and there are others who do take courage and join this fight for equity and the rights of us women.

I consider that this is an issue that must be dealt with not only in the social sphere, in small spaces, it is an issue that must be dealt with at the educational level, at the family level, at the work level, because it is useless to form a group of women in a certain space to clamor for equity, justice and equality when there are still entire families where machismo reigns and that is where I want to go, we must work from the root, from the school for parents on how to promote good treatment, equality between men and women, to stop raising macho boys and submissive girls.

It is time to start from school, even from the time the child is born to show him that we are all unique individual beings with the same rights with the same duties. That no one is more than the other that there is no weakness or strength ,we are equal. That women are not the weaker sex I think this would generate many changes worldwide at the individual level, there would be a change of consciousness and would expand the awakening of women in terms of making important decisions for their welfare and that of their community and an entire country.

Now more than ever we must give prominence to the word sorority, which is nothing more than the network of support among women, it is not about having a consolidated friendship, nor that we think in the same way, nor that we contrast with the same ideas, nor that we sympathize with each other. The principle of sorority is that we join forces and ally ourselves to change once and for all the rules of the game that, needless to say, were not created by or for us.

As a woman, a teacher by profession, I work with elementary school children and in favor of equality and equity for women I encourage the value of respect among them, I have observed children with acquired behaviors of aggression and disrespect of physical and verbal aggression towards their classmates, but these are patterns of behavior that are given by the family system in which they live, so I have had to work together with an interdisciplinary group of teachers to open the field for the school for parents. Parents have participated satisfactorily in this campaign, some of them have become aware. Not all of them have become aware of how important is the coexistence in the family so that their children grow up in a healthy environment and away from all aggression and discord, it is a work of little ants over 3 years, we have seen the fruits but step by step we will approach this initiative until we can extend it to other institutions and be a pilot institution, so that at a national level this work can be promoted and that it can reach other countries and this type of activities can be carried out at an international level and we can echo what we really want, which is equality and respect for women, to be seen as a social being, an individual being with the same rights as men.
