Perhaps for many women it is easier to make a recount of the changes that have happened over the years, having more years and more experience in this subject for what they have lived, in particular in what I have lived I will explain a little from my point of view speaking from this century xxi. It has been a while since I have been in this community to share and this time I have decided to join this contest #104 of LADIES OF HIVE.

Quizás para muchas mujeres se le hace mas fácil hacer un recuento de los cambios que ha pasado con el transcurso de los años, al tener mas años y mas experiencia en este tema por lo que han vivido, en particular en lo que eh vivido les explicare un poco desde mi punto de vista hablando desde este siglo xxi. Ye tenia tiempo que no pasaba por esta comunidad a compartir y esta vez eh decidido unirme a este concurso #104 de LADIES OF HIVE.

20 years ago, what do you remember as a woman -vs- what is happening in the world today. A memory and what has been the change whether positive or negative.

Hace 20 años, qué recuerdas como mujer -vs- lo que está pasando en el mundo de hoy. Un recuerdo y cual ha sido el cambio si positivo o negativo.

This question made me think from my childhood until now, what have been the most relevant changes I have seen, the first thing is that education has been changing, at least in my country it has deteriorated a little bit, the other thing is that I have practically lived since the arrival of the internet and for me this is an evolution of Humanity, the internet keeps us communities of the whole world and now we can make a video call and see our loved ones who are in another place.

Esta pregunta me puso a pensar desde mi niñez hasta ahora, cuales han sido los cambios mas relevantes que he visto, lo primero es la educación a ido cambiando por lo menos en mi pías se ha deteriorado un poco ya no es la misma educación, lo otro es que prácticamente he vivido desde la llegada del internet y para mi esto es una evolución de la Humanidad el internet nos mantiene comunidades del mundo entero y es que ahora podemos hacer una video llamada y ver nuestro seres queridos que se encuentran en otro sitio.

Another point, this a positive change is that women have more freedom of expression than before, women previously could occupy some jobs and today there is more diversity, so women have been evolving for the better I think, a very important point for me.

Otro punto, este un cambio positivo es que las mujeres tenemos mas libertad de expresión que antes, las mujeres anteriormente podían ocupar algunos puestos de trabajos y hoy en día hay mas diversidad, así que las mujeres hemos ido evolucionando para bien eso creo, un punto muy importante para mi.

Medicine has had important changes, every time we get more cures for diseases and we have realized that food and exercise is the basis for being healthy, today we have realized what are the foods with more nutrients, the other thing is that previously sugar had it as something of the best, today you know its consequences, excessive consumption can have great consequences for health.

La medicina a tenido, cambios importantes cada vez se consiguen mas curas para las enfermedades y que nos hemos percatado que la alimentación y el ejercicio es la base para estar saludable, hoy en día nos hemos dado cuenta cuales son las comidas con mas nutrientes, lo otro es anteriormente la azúcar la tenían como algo de lo mejor hoy sabes sus consecuencias el consumo excesivo puede tener sus grandes consecuencias para la salud.

Another important point is that we have learned to overcome a pandemic, many people worldwide died because of it and the fear that was put into humanity, today we know how to deal with this virus and the fear was overcome little by little making us stronger emotionally, humanity has overcome several pandemics and well I have lived in the process of one and it was not pleasant to go through such a thing.

Otro punto importante, es que hemos aprendido a superar una pandemia muchas personas a nivel mundial murieron por culpa de esta y el miedo metido a la humanidad, hoy en día ya sabemos como tratar a este virus y el miedo fue superado poco a poco haciéndonos mas fuertes a nivel emocional, la humanidad a superado varias pandemias y bueno yo eh vivido en el proceso de una y no eh nada agradable pasar por tal cosa.

I think that at a general level both good and bad things we have been learning, humanity has been evolving with the help of technology and this can be used for good or bad and it depends on the human beings how they want to use it, we have already seen some positive and negative consequences of technology but it is all the human's fault on how to use it.

Creo que a nivel general tanto las cosas buenas y también malas hemos ido aprendiendo, la humanidad a ido evolucionando con la ayuda de la tecnología y esta puede usarse para bien o para mal y depende de los seres humanos como lo quieran usar ya hemos vistos algunas consecuencia positivas y negativas de la tecnología pero todos el culpa del humano al como usarla.
