Por aquí con mi participación en Ladies of Hive Community Contest #219.
¿Qué es lo más importante que pretende conseguir en 2025?
Muchas cosas han marcado mi año 2024, pero he decidido dejar cosas atrás que de alguna manera me afectan emocional mente y bueno espero poder lograr las metas que me he propuesto.
Para este 2025 pretendo:
Bajar de peso. El año pasado aumente más de 15 kg, quiero volver a mi peso ideal, sé que debo establecer mis rutinas de ejercicios, y una alimentación saludable donde los azucares y las harinas las pueda ir retirando paulatinamente.
Pensar en mí. Ser madre de tres niños pequeños no ha sido nada fácil, tratar de que lleven una vida feliz, llena de bonitas emociones y momentos que los lleven a tener una linda infancia es un trabajo de mucha dedicación, que muchas veces se me olvida que yo también debo tener mis emociones y mi espacio. Es por ello que este año buscare tener momentos propios en mi espacio de mujer así sea saliendo hacer el mercado darme una escapada a comprar detalles para el cabello, ropa o algo así Jajaja.
Drenar momentos que causan estrés: El estrés es un mal que he aprendido a vivir con él, pero ya quiero que se vaya, o que por lo menos no me visite tan a menudo. Sé que generando otras rutinas de trabajo, de actividades que me permitan tener la mente enfocada en otras cosas sé que me ayudaran a liberarme de él.
Ganarme la lotería: Quizás sea chiste pero deseo obtener dinero así sea de la lotería ( no la juego), para continuar con mi emprendimiento en casa, eso me mantendrá un poco mas entretenida y solventará más la economía en casa.
Ser feliz, ser feliz es una de las principales cosas que debe prevalecer este 2025.
Espero que todas ustedes también logren conseguirlo.

What is the most important thing you aim to achieve in 2025?
Many things have marked my year 2024, but I have decided to leave things behind that somehow affect me emotionally mind and well I hope I can achieve the goals I have set for myself.
For this 2025 I intend to:
Lose weight. Last year I gained more than 15 kg, I want to return to my ideal weight, I know that I must establish my exercise routines, and a healthy diet where sugars and flours I can gradually remove them.
Being a mother of three small children has not been easy, trying to lead a happy life, full of beautiful emotions and moments that lead them to have a nice childhood is a job of great dedication, that many times I forget that I must also have my emotions and my space. That's why this year I will try to have my own moments in my space as a woman, even if it means going out to the market or going shopping to buy hair or clothes or something like that hahaha.
Stress is an evil that I have learned to live with, but I want it to go away, or at least I don't want it to visit me so often. I know that generating other work routines, activities that allow me to have my mind focused on other things will help me to get rid of it.
Winning the lottery: Maybe it's a joke but I want to get money even from the lottery (I don't play it), to continue with my business at home, that will keep me a little more entertained and will solve more the economy at home.
***To be happy, to be happy is one of the main things that should prevail this 2025.
I hope all of you will also achieve it.
