Hola, muy buen día comunidad de Ladies of Hive. Me gustaria compartirles mi participación para el concurso de la semana #228 para la comunidad de Ladies of Hive.
🇺🇸 One question of the contest, this time let me thinking and I really wanted to share my thoughts about it.
🇪🇸 Hubo una pregunta del concurso de esta semana, me dejaron mucho en que pensar, así que realmente queria compartir lo que pienso sobre ello.
Do you believe in having a structured routine or a more spontaneous approach to life?
I believe in a structured routine. More than a routine, I think it is better to have habits.
Creo en una rutina estructurada. Mas que una rutina, creo que es mejor tener hábitos.
Personally, until last year my days went by without any order and everything was based on “as it goes, let's see” philosophy that I adopted from my partner, because he was stressed by having strict schedules.
As a learning that 2024 left me, I realized that, not only that philosophy doesn't work for me, but it also fails in many things that you would like to achieve that need consistency and discipline. As it can be, perfecting any skill.
Personalmente, hasta el año pasado mis días transcurrían sin mas, donde no habia un orden y todo se basaba en "como va saliendo, vamos viendo", una filosofía que adopté de mi pareja, porque a él le estresaba tener horarios estrictos.
Como aprendizaje que me dejó el 2024, me di cuenta que, no solo esa filosofía en lo personal, no me sirve, si no que ademas, flaquea en muchas cosas que quisieras lograr que necesiten constancia y disciplina. Como lo puede ser, perfeccionar cualquier habilidad.
Now, with the help of a more structured schedule and tips I have been slowly implementing to create new routines, I have completed during January, more art pieces than the first quarter of last year with my morning streams, I have lowered a lot of my back and shoulder pain with the exercises I do, I keep the house clean, and yet, I am still have to working and/or looking for work. Now I feel like I get a lot more out of the day, getting up early, following a schedule and implementing routines.
Ahora, con la ayuda de un horario mas estructurado y consejos que he ido implementando poco a poco para implementar rutinas, he completado solo en enero, más piezas de arte que el primer trimestre del año pasado con mis stream matutinos, he bajado muchos mis dolores de espalda y de hombro con los ejercicios que hago, mantengo la casa limpia, y aún así, sigo trabajando y/o buscando trabajo. Ahora siento que aprovecho mucho más el día, levantándome temprano, siguiendo un horario e implementando rutinas.
Of course, a more spontaneous life approach would be ideal, and in fact, on my day off, I try to make it that way.
But I feel that philosophy would work if you have passive income that ensures you have food and roof over your head covered. As long as survival is a priority, I can't afford that lifestyle.
Por supuesto que tener una vida mas espontanea seria lo que ideal, y de hecho, en mi día libre, intento que sean de esa manera.
Pero siento que esa filosofía funcionaria si tienes ingresos pasivos que te aseguren tener techo y comida cubiertos. Mientras sobrevivir sea una prioridad, no me puedo permitir ese estilo de vida.
This time I want to keep my entry short, because for the other 2 topics I don't have such deep answers to share. I am not a cinephile to know a cinematographic world to which I want to belong and I don't have a ritual that 'helps me to put my feet on the ground' I already have enough problems that connect me irremediably with reality, rather I want to have a break from my problems and sit down to draw and paint calmly and happily, without worries.
Esta vez quiero dejar mi entrada corta, porque para los otros 2 temas no tengo respuesta tan profundas para compartir. No soy cinéfila como conocer un mundo cinematográfico al que quiera pertenecer y no tengo un ritual que me 'ayude a poner los pies en la tierra' ya tengo bastante problemas que me conectan irremediablemente con la realidad, mas bien quiero es tener un descanso de mis problemas y sentarme a dibujar tranquila y feliz, sin preocupaciones.
