Something in my possession that holds deep meaning to me.
My water bottle is something I hod so deeply for many years now. It is always with me like my hand set. I won't remember when last I forgot my water bottle in the office or the house. I always Travel with it that people know me with it. In fact many people have bought this kind of my water bottle because they believe that there is something special about it that make me to always go with it.
What makes it so special to me
Something will not be so dear to you if it doesn't solve a problem or bring in profit. Let me share a little story about myself of what happened in 2019 that make this water bottle so special to me. In 2019, I was over weight and was struggling to reduce weight at least 13 kg. One of the biggest challenge I had then was water shortage in my system and I was encouraged to drink 8 glasses of water daily.
I started water therapy so as to help my system. For me to actually meet up the target, I had to buy bottled water always so that it could be in my bag. I have been buying like that till 2023 when kangen water was introduced to me. In 2024, I started drinking kangen water but they do not have bottled water so that I can buy as usual so what I did was to buy their 1 liter water bottle so that I can refill it from time to time. This is how this kangen water bottle became my second in command lol.
From 2024 till now, I have lost remarkable kg that those who know obese I was wish to be like me. This water bottle has been so helpful to me that,I don't need to look for shop to buy water, I only need to refill from the house and I am good to go. If I am traveling, I don't lack water, I am always ready with it. Last week I even bought another bottle water. This one retain hot or cold water so that I can have my water all the time no matter weather condition.servit below.
Looking at this water bottle, it is very small but I can confidently tell you that it played 90% role in my life, my fitness today and healthy life is working the way I planned it because my water is always.
Finally, whatever that is important to me, I value it so much whether is small or big.
