Almost everyone in this world would be familiar with the word "new year" resolution by now. It is almost like a tradition where we all decide to do away with certain things or adopt a new habit and so on like that. I think it's normal for everyone to have such thoughts, besides, the mind is the starting point to achieving anything at all.

I've caught myself on different occasions talking about how I want to consciously enjoy and be cautious of the ride through till the end of December. Maybe I'm being a bit spiritual here but here is what, I've been observing and that's why I want to be cautious of every single event in my life throughout this December so it doesn't end like every other Decembers which leads to starting the new year on a bad note.

I shall be granting myself three wishes.
- From 2022, I shall be maritally and emotionally settled
- I shall be financially settled
- I shall be academically settled.
It's been 3years since I joined the institution that gives you a certificate even before learning starts. It is a bitter-sweet journey truthfully, it's not always a bed filled with roses. Well, as it is known, we all go through phases in life, we pass through the test of time and once we can overcome it, then we are free. There are things I've gone through that have made me think of quitting many times but I always try to remember the beginning and it always rings in my mind that quitting is never the best option. So I've made up my mind to do all I can through the help of God to make sure I'm settled because I need complete peace of mind on all sides. Come 2022, this wish is granted with faith, I am settled.

Well, In our world today, people no longer live on one source of income, streams of income is the way to go and that's one of the reasons why I resorted to learning new skills because there may be an opportunity and I need to be ready once the opportunity comes. Writing on crypto blogging platforms is a stream of income for me, the skills which I've learned are streams of income for me. There are things I need to be able to take care of as a side, mother, sister, and friend, being financially buoyant is everyone's dream, I hate being stranded, I hate it when I'm not able to meet my needs and my son's needs and the family's needs at large which are necessities. so I grant myself this wish today that comes 2022, with the help of God and my efforts to be the best at what I do, I shall be financially settled. Come 2022, this wish is granted with faith, I am settled.

In every man's life, there is a need to overcome illiteracy in every aspect. No one knows it all yes! however, the fact that knowledge is power can never change.
There is this joy that comes from being a graduate after some years of studying the desired course in school, it's always exciting which I know I will get to feel someday even as I make effort to take a step about it.
Come 2022, this wish is granted with faith, I am settled.
These are just three wishes that mean my life and can positively shape my life for good. It is said in the scriptures that even if your faith is as small as a mustard seed, it can move a mountain. I have experienced this faith in several areas of my life but I feel that where there seems to be a problem is when I let doubt creep in when it's about the big things. I'm holding on to my faith this time that my wishes are granted.
