La próxima semana cxumplo los 40, el cuarto piso como dicen por ahí, de salud me siento muy bien, físicamente también pero no sé porque me he dejado llevar por el síndrome del impostor y y empezar a ver cosas sobre mi carrera y mis objetivos. Yo creía que a los cuarenta iba a tener todo resuelto, que mi camino profesional estaría grabado en piedra, esculpido y pulido como una especie de obra maestra, creí que iba ser una gran investigadora y soñaba con un premio Nobel jajaja pero la vida y la situación país me llevó por otros planes. Yo creía que eso de reinventarse a los 40 era una moda pero ahora estoy creyendo que es algo que te viene con la edad y a todo el mundo le pasa, no se si es porque vamos perdiendo la paciencia y ya no queremos lidiar tanto con la gente y lo que queremos es nuestra paz y lograr nuestros sueños, pero si tengo ese impulso de reinventarme de dejar el miedo y salirme del sistema y dejar de trabajar para alguien que a veces creo que es tonto pero resulta que es más pila y se está aprovechando de mi tiempo.
Jajajaja si definitivamente me llegaron los 40 y quiero paz, lo bueno de esta edad es que tienes más experiencia y confianza. Llevas el tiempo suficiente para saber lo que no funciona, lo que no soportas hacer durante ocho horas al día y lo que es más importante, lo que te produce satisfacción. Al mismo tiempo, aún te quedan décadas de trabajo productivo por delante, lo que significa que tienes tiempo de sobra para construir algo completamente nuevo desde cero.Yo creo que esto de la reinvención profesional en esta etapa de la vida no es sólo en cambiar de trabajo o aprender nuevas habilidades, aunque todo ello tiene su importancia. Se trata de replantearse qué significa el trabajo para uno, qué significa el éxito ciertas situaciones y cómo encaja la carrera en el panorama general de la vida. Quizás ya no queremos enriquecer a nadie sino ayudar a otros, enseñar a las nuevas generaciones o dedicarnos a estudiar tanto algo que podamos descubrir la cura para algo, claro lo que decidamos hacer nos va a llevar tiempo de preparación y también tendremos que atravesar el miedo de cometer un gran error pero muchas veces lo pienso y creo que vale la pena.
Lo importante es que no empiezas de cero porque puedes aplicar todo lo que has aprendido y esto es algo poderoso si lo enfocas de manera estratégica, se supone que puedes reinventarte a esta edad porque estás un poco más estable que un chamo de 20 pero creo que eso depende mucho del país donde vivas y de si tienes hijos o no porque uno no se va a poner de loco y no los va a poner a pasar trabajo, así que por eso es que creo que nos da tanto miedo y no nos atrevemos a dar el paso aunque sintamos esa llama viva dentro de nostros, es un poco más complicado y hay que planificarse bien, he vidto que algunas personas lo han superado con éxito aunque han asumido riesgos grandes pero allí están han salido adelante yo pienso que el secreto es planificarte bien y ser responsables con las obligaciones que tienes hoy día y tener ese valor suficiente para lanzarse al cambio y emprenderlo.
Hay que tener en cuenta la discriminación por edad, no es fácil conseguir empleo a los 40 esto es una realidad y creo que por eso muchos se quedan donde están y se les pasa la vida y otros vemos la opción del emprendimiento, asesorías como la mejor oportunidad, si lo piensas bien esta limitación de encontrar un nuevop empleo a esta edad es algo positivo porque te obliga a pensar de forma más creativa sobre cómo presentar tu valor al mundo, la misma era te lleva a nuevas posibilidades de trabajo independiente o negocios en línea que no estaban al alcance en épocas pasadas ni se nos hubiera ocurrido, ya no hace falta tener una tienda física ya con saber vender por redes sociales puedes llegar a mucha gente.
Lo cierto es que no se si me atreva a reinventarme a los 40 o lo haga dentro de unos cinco años pero si tengo esa llama viva dentro de mí y espero que no se apague porque lo quiero lograr, creo que haré lo que me enseñó mi coach me trazaré mi plan a unos años y con objetivos medibles para lograrlo, espero que la ansiedad no me gane y sea lo suficientemente sabia para cumplir con mis responsabilidades, como justo en este momento no puedo soltar el quince y el último fijo tengo que plantearme plazos realistas pero ya estoy en el camino porque ya desperté y se lo que quiero. El objetivo no es tenerlo todo resuelto antes de empezar, eso me parece imposible pero si puedes ir minimizando los riesgos y potenciando esas posibilidades de éxito. Aprovechar e ir explotando la tecnología, las oportunidades de trabajo a distancia y las redes sociales. La clave está en ser paciente con el proceso y al mismo tiempo mantener el impulso, no dormirse sino planificar de manera cuidadosa y con acción decisiva.

I thought that reinventing yourself at 40 was a fad but now I am believing that it is something that comes with age and it happens to everyone, I don't know if it is because we are losing patience and we no longer want to deal so much with people and what we want is our peace and achieve our dreams, but if I have that urge to reinvent myself to leave the fear and leave the system and stop working for someone who sometimes I think is silly but it turns out that is more pile and is taking advantage of my time.
Hahahaha yes I definitely hit 40 and I want peace, the good thing about this age is that you have more experience and confidence. You've been around long enough to know what doesn't work, what you can't stand to do for eight hours a day and more importantly what brings you satisfaction. At the same time, you still have decades of productive work ahead of you, which means you have plenty of time to build something completely new from scratch.I believe that this professional reinvention thing at this stage of life is not just about changing jobs or learning new skills, although all of that has its importance. The truth is that I do not know if I dare to reinvent myself at 40 or do it in about five years but if I have that flame alive inside me and I hope it does not go out because I want to achieve it, I think I will do what my coach taught me, I will draw my plan for a few years and with measurable goals to achieve it, I hope that anxiety does not win me and I will be wise enough to fulfill my responsibilities, as right now I can not let go of the fifteen and the last fixed I have to set realistic deadlines but I'm already on the road because I woke up and I know what I want. The goal is not to have everything solved before starting, that seems impossible to me, but if you can minimize the risks and enhance those chances of success.
