I have the feeling sometimes here and there that the ladies of HIVE posts are more like a psychological journey through our lives combined with the blockchain. Just look at these two questions of the week again. If that doesn't make you philosophical then I don't know! Let''s go for it!
1️⃣ Remember when you were a kid? We as adults, don't play enough in the way that children do. Adults need to play too! If you could have a 'play day,' what children's toy or game would you choose to play with, and why? Then, I want you to make a date — whether with a friend or your partner, to go do that play day!
Or
2️⃣ Of all the adventures and things you want to do in your lifetime, what is #1 on your "bucket list" and why? When do you think you will achieve it?

Now I should warn you. If you are not into letting your thoughts drift away, then maybe it is better if you stop reading, because this for sure one where my thoughts will be hitting the road.
The question I choose to answer (well at least partially) is the one about the bucketlists. And bucketlists are something that I have a love / hate relationship to. As most people tend to think towards bucketlists on stuff that they need to do in life, or places the want to visit in their lifes I have the privileged position to already have taken a few chances in there.

When I look for instance in travelling and visiting places and doing stuff, I can not really think of something that I would want to visit, that I also would consider impossible that it will happen during my lifetime. I just have the feeling that if I work for it (or have some good crypto breaks) then I will make this happen somewhere along the line. So this isn't giving us really an answer to the question. I even suspect us being able to visit Mars in our lifetime (thx Elon!) and space will even broaden our world.
So doing or not doing stuff doesn't seem like a bucketlist theme. These things are something that I consider potentially happening or otherwise not being the stuff having on the list. So back to the drawing table.

What is the stuff we feel is missing.
To find my answer ti that we have to look at the Maslow Triangle. In case you haven't heard of this maybe give the link above a click. What is in here is how needs are defined.
In the first stage food and water is the most important. Once having that then the feeling of security is valued most. If both of those are there then the belongingness and love comes up, the feeling to be in somewhere with other people. After that the more greedy stuff comes up right? We need to do something with our ego and get the feeling we are doing something usefull with our life. And all of the way on top is the search for achieving the full potential, whatever that may mean.
And there it is on my bucketlist. Whenever I will find out what that is what makes my full potential, I guess I have then already reached it. I live in a Western country with a lot of privileges when it comes of of options of education, having a roof over the head and having access to healthy food, the ability to express myself and speak my voice, and I have a group of fine loving friends and family around me which is the most valuable of all.
How can I think about something to do that is on my bucketlist. The fact that I can not even think about what is missing means I am already ascending in the triangle of needs.
Now I don't know how I will reach my full potential as the triangle says, and I don't know what I need for that. So once I find that out, that is when I will have something on my bucketlist to learn.
And that is enough philosophy to start the Mondaymorning with ladies and gentleman. Adios!
