As I take a break from making Splinterlands content from the meantime as I feel like I need to take a long needed break from other stuff. I'll go back for the meantime to posting to Ladies of Hive.
The question for this week is...
"Who, or what, inspires you?"
Now that I am part of the working society, I am really amazed how she was able to handle everything when I was young. We're not rich. My dad drives a motorcycle with a sidecar called "Tricycle" and earns below minimum every day. Yet, my mom's budgeting strategy is so good that she was able to provide me with everything I wanted. Let's say, if I look back now, I was quite spoiled.
When my mom died, I felt like the whole world collapsed. My dad remarried to someone I don't know personally, the family had rift, and I needed to work earlier than I should. I still think of my mom constantly and there's no day that I wished she was here. When I feel so down, I think of her and what she did for me and while I feel bad because I felt somewhat indirectly responsible for her death (She had a heatstroke while doing grocery. I feel a bit responsible because the thing she was doing was for us.) but I her ingenuity and creativeness with money is what inspires me before and now that I am financially strained.
I am also thankful for her because I inherited her creativeness and I can apply that not only in art but in fixing aspects of my life to just go by whenever my life was thrown into shit from time to time.
