Escogí responder la pregunta sobre la Eutanasia, ya que me parece un tema muy interesante y que tiene mucha tela que cortar, vamos a comenzar.
Según Internet, la Eutanasia es la intervención voluntariamente aceptada por el paciente y realizada por un profesional médico, que acelera la muerte de un enfermo terminal, con la intención de evitarle sufrimientos y dolores innecesarios. ¿Estás de acuerdo con esta forma de morir, crees que dignifica a la persona en su decisión de cómo irse o, por el contrario, crees que no debería practicarse? Podrías argumentar tu punto de vista?
La Eutanasia es un tema muy controversial, hay muchas personas a favor y en contra sobre esta práctica cuya finalidad es poner fin a la vida de una persona por razones humanitarias. Es una intervención realizada por un profesional de la medicina y aceptada por voluntad del paciente para acelerar su muerte cuando está en fase terminal y no hay ya nada que hacer para ayudarlo, de manera de evitar su sufrimiento y dolor, ayudarlo a tener una muerte digna.

La iglesia católica condena esta práctica, considera la eutanasia como un pecado grave bajo cualquier circunstancia, defiende la concepción de una muerte natural. Aunque me considero una persona católica no estoy de acuerdo con la iglesia en este punto, en mi opinión todos tenemos el derecho de tener una muerte digna, sin dolor y sufrimiento. Es muy fácil opinar desde afuera, pero solo quién padece una enfermedad terminal y dolores insoportables sabe lo que se siente y puede opinar con bases sobre la eutanasia.
Yo soy sobreviviente de cáncer, pasé por momentos muy difíciles, el tratamiento es brutal y hubo momentos en que quería morir, hasta pensé en la eutanasia si las cosas se ponían realmente feas y ya la medicina no pudiera hacer nada para curarme si llegaba el momento, por eso les digo que hay que experimentar el dolor para poder opinar sobre la Eutanasia. Hace poco vi una película de un joven cuadripléjico que estaba luchando por obtener la eutanasia, esa persona no quería vivir así, solo funcionaba su cerebro, estaba encerrado en su cuerpo, no imagino una vida como esa y la verdad yo estuve de acuerdo en su decisión de recibir la eutanasia, esa persona estaba capacitada de argumentar sus razones para querer morir.
Es importante resaltar que la Eutanasia no debe tomarse a la ligera, cuando una persona solicite esta práctica debe ser objeto de estudio para ver si está en sus facultades mentales para argumentar su decisión de recibirla, también el aspecto médico debe tomarse en cuenta, que en esa etapa de su enfermedad la medicina no pueda ayudarlo en su sufrimiento.
En muchos países la Eutanasia es legal, pero aquí en Venezuela todavía no, falta mucho para llegar a ser un país tan progresista, pero espero que algún día se apruebe esta ley y todos tengamos el derecho de una muerte por razones humanitarias.
