1️⃣ En estos tiempos de movimiento restringido para tanta gente, ¿cómo te aseguras de salir y apreciar la naturaleza?
En estos tiempos al salir tomo todas las medidas de bioseguridad y trato de salir lo menos posible para evitar el contagio.
Pero necesitamos de la naturaleza para poder estar saludable, de ese sol para llenarnos de vitamina D por lo que como vivo en una ciudad costera (Cumaná) aquí tenemos unas playas hermosas.
Me queda muy cerca la playa y veo algunos fines de semana para relajarme y llevo a mi pequeña hija de 8 años para que se distraiga porque los niños sufren mucho con este encierro.
En mi casa a pesar de vivír en apartamento tengo varias plantas, ya que ellas nos brindan oxígeno.
Trato siempre de cuidarme para también de disfrutar mi vida y de los momentos felices, todo con mucha precaución.
La naturaleza es hermosa así que debemos cuidar lo que tenemos, en el mar la vida es más sabrosa como dice una canción, aquí estoy llena de paz y energías.

A very special greeting and happy worker's day to all those struggling and enterprising people, most especially to the #ladiesofhive women.
1️⃣ In these times of restricted movement for so many people, how do you make sure you get out and appreciate nature?
In these times when going out I take all biosecurity measures and try to go out as little as possible to avoid contagion.
But we need nature to be healthy, we need the sun to fill us with vitamin D, and since I live in a coastal city (Cumaná) we have beautiful beaches here.
The beach is very close to me and I go there some weekends to relax and I take my little 8 year old daughter to distract her because children suffer a lot with this confinement.
In my house, even though I live in an apartment, I have several plants, because they provide us with oxygen.
I always try to take care of myself in order to enjoy my life and happy moments, all with a lot of caution.
Nature is beautiful so we must take care of what we have, in the sea life is tastier as a song says, here I am full of peace and energy.
