Feliz y bendecido nuevo día, espero que se encuentren bien, felices, siendo su mejor versión cada día, las preguntas de esta semana me llenaron de tantos sentimientos encontrados, siempre pienso que cada acción tiene su reacción y la vida que tenemos es por las decisiones que hemos tomado, aunque a veces sean decisiones difíciles hay que hacerlas ya que estas conllevan a mejorías en nuestra vida, a mi en abril me toco tomar una decisión que realmente es la mas difícil hasta ahora, que fue mudarme drásticamente, claro al menos yo sigo estando en el mismo pías a solo unas horas de mi familia, se que a muchos les fue mas difícil y tuvieron que emigrar, pero era una decisión, tenia que hacerlo porque fue para mejorar, personal y profesionalmente por ende la vida de los que me rodean estarán mejor, Ahora bien aquí las respuestas a las preguntas de esta semana.

Para esta semana:
1️⃣ ¡Es la temporada! Desde Halloween hasta las demás festividades, la comida es el centro de todo. Ya sean platos principales o golosinas como postres y dulces, la variedad nunca termina. ¿Cómo lidias con la abundancia y evitas comer en exceso? ¿O lo haces? ¿Qué consejos puedes ofrecer para mantenerlo bajo control?
Siempre en las reuniones familiares la Comida es el centro de atencion, en casa de mis padres ellos no toman ningun tipo de licor asi que las reuniones se basan en las comidas, Para mi es super mega dificil ya que desde hace unos 5 años presento problemas de la Glandula Tiroides y me diagnosticaron Hipotiroidismo, tengo una dieta de 1200 Calorias diarias que debo decir que apesta, no puedo ingerir azucar de ningun indole, aunque a veces me como un dulce, me han estado eliminado las harinas ya que se convierten en azucar y me daban unas palidas horribles, Por esto mi Madre hermosa @migda siempre me prepara para mi papa y para mi comidas diversas pero muy ricas, evitando las que nos hacen daño, Aunque seamos sinceras es super dificil ver al que esta al lado de ti comiendo una gran torta de chocolate, que se ve asi suavecita y tu comiendo una ensalada.... No es facil eso es un castigo, jajaja esos olores a Navidad, el pan de Jamón, las Hallacas, Mi hermano prepara un Pernil asi jugoso que no nada mas pensarlo se me hace agua la boca y mas estando lejos, extraño cada día mas a mi familia, espero ya el 22 o 23 de Diciembre estar cerca y pasar las fiestas con ellos. Mi concejo es, Se fuerte pero no tanto, date el gusto de vez en cuando, mientras hagas ejercicio constante y no abuses, La vida solo es una no podemos vivirla a media, porque el tiempo es lo único que no regresa y a veces las cosas solo debemos disfrutarlas, no sabes si mañana ya no tendrás la oportunidad de hacerlo, así que aprovecha pero se sutil, no es excederse es saber tener limites claros para que en enero esos rollitos de mas no te hagan sentir mal.

It is not easy that is a punishment, hahaha those smells of Christmas, the ham bread, the Hallacas, My brother prepares a juicy Pernil so just thinking about it makes my mouth water and more being far away, I miss my family more and more every day, I hope on December 22 or 23 to be close and spend the holidays with them. Mis Navidades siempre Gracias a Dios han estado llenas de risas, familia, y mucha mucha música, desde que me mude creo que valoro y extraño mas todo a pesar que viajo constantemente a ver a mis padres y a mis hijos que no quisieron venirse a vivir conmigo a Caracas, nunca será igual, me siento distante a veces nos sentimos solos tanto mi esposo como yo, ser madre y estar lejos es super difícil, son tantos momentos que siento que me estoy perdiendo. Aunque la vida hay que vivirla y por cosas de la vida me mude, por esto siempre doy lo mejor de mi para que mi familia este bien, mis hijos no me sientan tan ausente, desde antes que salga el sol ya le e dado los buenos días, aprendí a hacer compras por redes enviarles todo listo a la casa, aprendí a delegar funciones aunque no quise, Así que en estas fechas estoy super ansiosa de estar con ellos, de atiborrarme de su amor, y comer toda la comida que haga mi madre. No dejes de hacer lo que te gusta solamente hazlo con conciencia y veras que todo se dará con bien.

Desde pequeña la que decoraba era yo, a mi mama le gusta recogerla pero no decorar y yo AMOO decorar, pero odio recoger, es mas lo pienso y ya mi ojo esta saltando de estrés, este año se lo e delegado a mis hijos, aunque sabes soy de esas que al llegar cambia un poquito acá, mueve un adorno allá y así era todo el mes, cuando terminaba de decorar en mi casa ósea en la casa de mi madre, me llevaban a la casa de mi abuela allá se reunían todas mis tías y mis primas y entre todos decorábamos la casa familiar que era bastante grande... en la mudanza regalamos casi todo entre esas cosas regale todos mis adornos de navidad y mi árbol, Hoy casualmente por uno de los grupos de Hivers @Dayamam paso una invitación para una iniciativa en la comunidad de @hivediy donde muestres como realizas tus decoraciones, así que para o sentirme así como tan triste bueno fue la mejor idea y ya empecé a hacerlas super feliz por ello, luego se las estaré mostrando, lo mas importante es que no te desanimes no pierdas ese espíritu navideño, que te llena de dicha y emoción por un mes tan único y hermoso donde lo mas bonito es compartir y agradecer todo lo que tienes, en la unión familiar
