In this scenario, it's tricky. Months ago I read in a post the way they wrote to tell a user that her work was plagiarized and my thought was: it happens to me, I'm retiring until I heal that humiliating moment (it was very humiliating the words they wrote to her). Unless she can prove that her content abounds with originality. 1️⃣ Escenario 1: Una amiga de reputación 52 dice que ya no quiere seguir activa en Hive, alegando que no puede dedicarle tiempo, que la moneda está tan poco valorada y que sólo unos pocos leen sus mensajes. ¿Qué podrías hacer para animarla y ayudarla a seguir intentándolo? ¿Consejos de escritura? ¿Gestión del tiempo? ¿Otros?
Esta amiga de reputación 52 se nota que apenas inicia en la plataforma, quizás cuando le hablaron de #Hive , la monetización, los detrás de cámara quedaron en el aire. Por los momentos que pare de escribir y tome unas semanas solo para leer post de otros, cómo están estructurados y visite varias comunidades. Los post que sean de su interés realice comentarios, refresque ideas, otros.
Revise las normas de la comunidad donde quiera publicar, ser silenciado es muy desagradable o tome en cuenta como redacta sus artículos, si hay coherencia en lo que escribe, palabras que utiliza para dar sentido y se entienda lo que expone por medio de sus líneas, lea varias veces antes de publicar. Con las imágenes al usar propias que sean de calidad, estén muy claras, haga referencia que son propias. Si tiene destrezas y habilidades para utilizar programas para crear imágenes realice las propias. Si toma de pixabay, otra coloque su referencia.
Un tiempo leí que los párrafos deben presentarse sin usar justificación, en mi caso a mi me gusta la justificación de párrafos porque académicamente estamos preparados metodológicamente para presentar trabajos escritos de forma que se vean organizados respetando normas metodológicas en trabajos escritos. Que los párrafos que presente no pasen de 10 líneas. Evite párrafos muy extensos y haga separación de dichos párrafos. Evite los bloques extensos.

En cuanto a la gestión del tiempo, si es parte de una empresa con horario establecido se programe por lo menos dos horas diarias, por la noche para revisar notificaciones o iniciativas donde puede presentar su escrito; o lo haga por lo menos 3 veces a la semana si así lo considera(esto lo expongo porque la escritura alivia un poco las tensiones del día, sobre todo los relatos), otra cosa, la comunidad donde presente su escrito haga la disciplina de leer y comentar por lo menos tres post de los publicados allí.
En cuanto a las monetizaciones la dicha de ser votados diariamente en las publicaciones es de pocos grupos o pocos usuarios (fórmula: aún no lo he descifrado)(que hacen o hicieron para siempre ser votados independientemente de la comunidad donde publique igual, sin descifrar), desde que inicié lo llamo una montaña rusa por todo lo que en mi caso he ido descubriendo y como puedo generar monedas para no tirar la toalla como decimos en criollo los venezolanos (lo que si puedo decir es que cada moneda cuenta).

En este escenario, es delicado. Hace meses leí en un post la forma como le escribieron para decirle a una usuaria que su trabajo fue plagio y mi pensamiento fue: me pasa, me retiro hasta sanar ese momento tan humillante (fue muy humillante las palabras que le escribieron). A menos que pueda demostrar que en su contenido abunda lo original. También sugerir seguir en la búsqueda de una plataforma donde pueda crear contenido, tomando la experiencia vivida sin repetir errores que quizás cometió. Por aquí uno nunca sabe como protegerse o a quien pedir ayuda en estos casos (bueno es mi caso).
