I thought my favourite colour is blue, I still think so but somehow, I can count only up to ten clothes I love to wear that are in my favourite colour, blue. One colour that will always be in my closet is the black colour but if I must state it, I'm not a fan of black when it comes to clothings.
I believe the main reason many people love black wears is because it is a multi purpose colour, can be use to wear almost anything. I actually admire people who have succeeded to make an all black clothing look veyy attractive but I rarely get to do the same except when I wear black only gowns.
Clothes is one way people use to describe people so being intentional about what we wear goes a long way in keeping a good or bad idea of you to otehrs. Thankfully, I didn't have to pick my wears until I grew older and that's like a year or two years ago and I've been more intentional with it.
I realized I love my black skirts, shorts and trousers if I ever get to have one because they tend to go with whatever I wear on top. I do have black gowns too and a few other black tops but there are a lot of colourful wears among them, my favourite colour blue is also part of them.
One thing is clear, I prefer the blacks to be less on me when I want to dress up but I also hate too bright colours. I guess that's why I have blacks or darker colours to mix it up and give me the right look I want. Since I've only started to be intentional about my wears, it's looking better.
There are the right amount of black, brown and dark coloured wears. But for my gowns and without being intentional, I seem to have a lot of them in colours not black. My wardrobe most colour changes and I think I like it that way but I won't be comfortable if black takes most of it.
I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks black shoe wears, black head ties and black bags are perfect than black wears itself. It's what I think so it influences how I use my wardrobe when I have to dress, the black is never dominant but I could have a lot of them in my wardrobe for balance.
My wardrobe plan is getting more wears in my favourite colour, blue and more mixed colour wears as I feel they improve my look and skin colour a lot. It doesn't mean I don't like or wear black or even all black clothings. I do but for the main purpose of looking different from the usual.
Conclusively, whatever colour dominates my wardrobe doesn't really matter as I prioritise how comfortable my clothes are for me over the colours they come in. My only bias is always the colour, blue but it doesn't make me dress just anyhow I feel like. Modesty remains a key point.
