¡Hola a todos los integrantes de ésta maravillosa comunidad! Hace poco tiempo les comenté que había asistido con mi emprendimiento (Suecitos) a un bazar de temática Pride. El día de ayer tuve la oportunidad de participar en otro bazar, esta vez ambientado en las Hadas y demás criaturas del bosque. Así que mi amiga y compañera de bazares @kimi-gon, nos alistamos para ésta nueva aventura.
Hello to all the members of this wonderful community! A short time ago I told you that I had attended a Pride-themed bazaar with my business (Suecitos). Yesterday I had the opportunity to participate in another bazaar, this time set in the Fairies and other creatures of the forest. So my friend and colleague from bazaars @kimi-gon, we get ready for this new adventure.
Al principio, la actividad había sido pautada para realizarse en un salón de eventos, el día del niño. Pero debido a unos inconvenientes, se tuvo que posponer y cambiar el lugar, esta vez al parque del Este. Lamentablemente, lo mismo volvió a ocurrir y finalmente, se escogió como sitio el decanato de Humanidades y Artes de la UCLA, donde casualmente la autora de esta publicación, estudia Artes plásticas 🤭 Admito que para esta clase de eventos, me gusta llevar algún outfit alusivo, así que me las arreglé para llevar una vestimenta que luciera como una ninfa del bosque... o algo así je je
At first, the activity had been scheduled to take place in an event hall, on children's day. But due to some inconveniences, the venue had to be postponed and changed, this time to the Parque del Este. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again and finally, the dean's office of Humanities and Arts at UCLA was chosen as the site, where the author of this publication, coincidentally, studies Plastic Arts 🤭 I admit that for this kind of events, I like wear some allusive outfit, so I managed to wear a dress that looked like a forest nymph... or something hehe
Aproveché que tenía una peluca rubia y buscando entre una bolsa de ropa que a mi hermana le obsequiaron, logré divisar con un vestido, que me pareció que encajaba con el vestuario. Adicional a ello, las decoraciones de la peluca y vestido, fueron encontradas en mi pequeño "baúl de accesorios" y por suerte, tenía algunas flores y mariposas que le dieron a mi outfit, el toque que le hacía falta. Fue una lástima no poder completarlo todo con unas orejas puntiagudas y unas alas de hada que tengo en la casa de mi madre. Pero, admito que quedé muy satisfecha con lo que pude armar con lo que tuve a disposición 😌
I took advantage of the fact that I had a blonde wig and looking through a bag of clothes that my sister was given as a gift, I managed to see a dress, which I thought fit with the wardrobe. In addition to that, the wig and dress decorations were found in my little "accessory trunk" and luckily, I had some flowers and butterflies that gave my outfit the touch it needed. It was a shame I couldn't complete it all with pointy ears and fairy wings that I have at my mom's house. But, I admit that I was very satisfied with what I was able to put together with what I had available 😌
Llegamos temprano al sitio en cuestión y nos colocamos en nuestro lugar correspondiente. La tienda de mi amiga ofrece diferentes mercancía variada, desde accesorios, hasta ropa usada. La mía, hasta los momentos, está limitada a la venta de bolsos y otros artículos de tela, aunque, estoy pensando en ampliar mi repertorio de productos.
We arrive early at the site in question and we place ourselves in our corresponding place. My friend's store offers different merchandise, from accessories to used clothing. Mine, until now, is limited to the sale of bags and other fabric items, although I am thinking of expanding my repertoire of products.
Una vez que tuve la oportunidad, decidí dar una recorrido por el decanato, para visitar cada tienda y ver sus productos. Es algo que me gusta hacer, ya que si tengo la oportunidad, me gusta adquirir así sea un pequeño detalle de recuerdo, aunque trato de medirme, pues considero que soy una compradora compulsiva en cuanto me desato ja ja y con tanta variedad de cosas lindas, es muy difícil no soltar el dinero a la primera oportunidad ja ja
Once I had the opportunity, I decided to take a tour of the deanery, to visit each store and see their products. It is something that I like to do, because if I have the opportunity, I like to acquire even a small detail as a souvenir, although I try to measure myself, because I consider that I am a compulsive buyer as soon as I get loose ha ha and with such a variety of beautiful things , it is very difficult not to drop the money at the first opportunity ha ha
Para mi sorpresa, habían varias tiendas, las suficientes para abarcar por completo las instalaciones del decanato, ya que es algo pequeño. Había desde venta de ropa, accesorios, mangas, figuras, peluches , dulces, estampas, posters, dibujos en tinta, entre otros. Todo armonizado por algo de música y el ánimo de los presentes.
To my surprise, there were several stores, enough to completely cover the deanery facilities, since it is quite small. There were sales of clothes, accessories, sleeves, figures, stuffed animals, sweets, prints, posters, ink drawings, among others. All harmonized by some music and the spirit of those present.

En la parte inferior del decanato, se hallaba a disposición del público, la Zona Gamer. En donde se encontraban algunas consolas que para suerte de los encargados de tienda, pudimos disfrutar de un par de partidas, sin ningún costo adicional. Yo jugué junto a un amigo y a pesar de que no soy nada diestra con los videojuegos, debo admitir que me divertí bastante. Luego de eso, me tomaron un par de fotografías con mi outfit que me gustaría mostrarles a continuación.
In the lower part of the deanery, the Gamer Zone was available to the public. Where there were some consoles that, luckily for the store managers, we were able to enjoy a couple of games, at no additional cost. I played with a friend and even though I am not at all skilled with video games, I must admit that I had a lot of fun. After that, they took a couple of pictures of me with my outfit that I would like to show you next.
Fue un evento sencillo, pero bastante agradable. El clima fue bastante bueno y a pesar de todo, hubo movilidad. Sin mencionar que me hizo recordar a ese tiempo en que asistía a otros bazares con otros artesanos. En esos instantes, compartimos bastante y pasábamos ratos diferentes... Algo que le hacía falta a mi vida, un poco de aire fresco en el ajetreo diario. El camino de mi emprendimiento apenas ha empezado y espero poder tener fuerza y ánimos para seguir adelante. It was a simple event, but quite enjoyable. The weather was quite good and despite everything, there was mobility. Not to mention that it reminded me of that time when I attended other bazaars with other artisans. In those moments, we shared a lot and spent different times... Something that my life needed, a bit of fresh air in the daily hustle and bustle. The path of my entrepreneurship has just begun and I hope to have the strength and encouragement to move forward.
