အားလုံးသောမိတ်ဆွေအပေါင်း မင်္ဂလာပါ။ ကောင်းသောနေ့လေးကို ပိုင်ဆိုင်နိုင်ကြပါစေ။
This week's around the world challenge 🌎 is a photo I want to share with you all. It was taken early in the morning on a hiking trail. The light wasn't great yet, so it's not a good photo. But I wanted to share the beautiful morning view. I took this photo on the Pyin Oo Lwin hiking trail when I was going to Hsi Paw, northern Shan State. The cool morning air and the fresh air were refreshing and uplifting. The morning air is clean, but the evening air is less clean, so I walk in the morning air for my health. I also like the subtle beauty of the morning.
ဒီတပတ် around the world challenge 🌎 မှာ သူငယ်ချင်းတို့ကို မျှဝေပေးချင်တဲ့ဓာတ်ပုံက တောင်ပေါ်လမ်းက ရှုခင်းပုံပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ နံနက်စောစောအချိန် တောင်တက်လမ်းမှာ ရိုက်ယူခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အလင်းရောင်ကောင်းကောင်း မရှိသေးလို့ ဓာတ်ပုံကောင်းတော့မဟုတ်ဘူး။ ဒါပေမယ့်လည်း ကြည့်ရတာကြည်နူးစရာနံနက်ခင်းအလှကို မျှဝေချင်လို့ပါ။ ဒီဓာတ်ပုံကို ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်မြောက်ပိုင်း သီပေါမြို့ကို သွားခဲ့စဉ်က ပြင်ဦးလွင်တောင်တက်လမ်းမှာရိုက်ယူခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ နံနက်ခင်းအေးမြမှုနဲ့အတူ သန့်ရှင်းလတ်ဆတ်တဲ့ လေကိုရူရှိုက်ရတဲ့အတွက် စိတ်ကိုလန်းဆန်းတက်ကြွစေပါတယ်။ နံနက်ခင်းရဲ့လေက သန့်ရှင်းပြီး ညနေခင်းလေကတော့ သန့်ရှင်းမှုနည်းပါးတတ်တဲ့အတွက် ကျွန်တော်က ကျန်းမာရေးအတွက် နံနက်ခင်းလေကိုရှုရှိုက်ရင်း လမ်းလျှောက်တတ်ပါတယ်။ နံနက်ခင်းရဲ့ မပီပြင် ဝိုးတဝါးအလှအပကိုလည်း သဘောကျတယ်။
