We are but men.
Blood and water run through our veins.
Strong, yet feeble,
Firm, yet fleeting.
We are but men, made of cells,
Bound by tissues,
Formed with organs,
Held together by systems.
We are but men,
Moulded from dust, not concrete.
We have tear glands.
So when we need to cry,
We do.
We are men, yes.
But first,
We are human.
