Allow me to enter for the first time to this open space, where art blends with the environment and the living atmosphere of people in their daily wanderings through the city.
When I walk through the streets and alleys of my small country town, I feel the lack of the spirit of art in public and private spaces.
And then I think of myself once again on a scaffolding making the murals that these places are asking me to do from the corner of my eye. .
But it happens that here the bureaucracy gnaws everything, even the spirit of art, so necessary and vital so that people are not only animated matter.
Another thing is when I travel to the Cuban capital and especially in the old part, I see at every step, in any corner, from the most exquisite mural painting, to the popular type, where the spontaneous and unbiased creation of the street creators who know the least about art.
But they leave their inspirational imprints on the walls, a true feast of visuality, which was already born as a tradition back in the 19th century.
That's why I got very excited and my inspiration and creativity was activated when a friend invited me to make a mural painting on the wall near his studio, which is already part of the community project, "Arte Barrio".
The painting I made, was the interpretation of a head "of the apostle José Martí", the supreme figure of the letters, the politics of Cuba, modeled in clay by the host of the project.
For such a question, and in a space of 3.50mt high by approximately 2.50mt wide, I used charcoal sticks to trace the drawing, brushes and enamel paints of different colors.... .
One of the intentions was to integrate the surrealistic scene to the environment, so I created an illusion of a broken wall, where it suggests a crack where the hair is introduced into the hollow.
I also counted with the help of two exquisite collaborators, that if it were not for their opportune presences, it would have been difficult for me to realize it by the adverse conditions that I realized this work that now is public patrimony and of social property.

Hola a todos en la comunidad!
Permitanme entrar por primera vez a este espacio abierto, donde el arte se mezcla con el entorno y la atmósfera viviente de las personas en el deambular cotidiano por la urbe.
Cuando yo paseo por las calles y entrecalles de mi pequeña ciudad de campo, siento la carencia del espiritu del arte en los espacios publicos y privados.
Y entonces me pienso una vez mas en un andamio realizando los murales qué de soslayo me van pidiendo esos lugares. .
Pero pasa que aqui la burocracia lo roe todo, hasta al espíritu del arte, tan necesario y vital para que las personas no sean solo materia animada.
Otra cosa es cuando viajo a la capital cubana y sobre todo en la parte antigua, veo a cada paso, en cualquier esquina, desde la pintura mural mas exquisita, hasta de tipo popular, donde se expresa libremente la creacion espontáneo y desperjuiciada de los creadores callejeros que de lo menos que saben es de arte.
Pero dejan sus improntas inspirativas plasmadas en las paredes .Una verdadera fiesta de la visualidad, que ya habia nacido como tradición alla por el Siglo XIX.
Por eso me entusiasme mucho y se activo mi inspiración y creatividad,v cuando un amigo me convido a realizar una pintura mural en la pared cerca de su estudio y que forma ya parte del proyecto comunitario, "Arte Barrio."
La pintura que realice, fué la interpretación de una cabeza " del apostol José Martí" figura cimera de las letras, la politica de Cuba, modelada en barro por el anfitrión del proyecto.
Para tal cuestión, y en un espacio de 3.50mt de alto por aproximadamente 2.50mt de ancho , utilice barras de carboncillo para trazar el dibujo pinceles y pinturas de esmaltes de diferentes colores.. .
Una de las intenciones fue integrar la escena de tipo surrealista al entorno, por lo que cree una ilusión de pared rota, dónde sugiere una hendidura por dónde el cabello se introduce en la oquedad
Tambien conte con la ayuda de dos exquisitas colaboradoras, que de no ser por sus oportunas presencias , me hubiese difícil realizarlo por las adversa condiciones que realice edta obra que ahora es patrimonio publico y de propiedad social.
