So, after you've tracked where you're "snacking on too much time", you should now be fully aware of and exactly when and where you're wasting it frivolously. If you're like me - realizing JUST HOW MUCH TIME you've been wasting in places that were really hidden... is a HUGE motivator to jumpstart your new journey to that "hourglass figure"!

Don't go crazy! Much like a food diet, this needs to be a lifestyle change. In the same way that you can't just cut every "bad" food out for life, it's probably a good idea that you also manage your time restrictions wisely.
Cutting too many food calories will cause you to to just feel deprived and BINGE when you least expect it - gaining all the weight back in one fell swoop.
Cutting too many time splurges will also cause you to feel overworked, and like a slave to your duties. Cut back in moderation. Look at the places where you can reclaim your time wisely, and take it step by step.
BIG WARNING!!!
Do NOT reclaim that time without RE-ASSIGNING that time!!
If you cut things out of our day - and then leave that chunk of time as simply "free" - you will find that you refill that space with EVEN MORE JUNK than before. So be mindful that when you reclaim that space - ASSIGN IT TO WHERE YOU WANT TO DEDICATE YOUR TIME.
(AKA. blogging, commenting, curating, finding new tribe members and supporting them, being a helper to newbies, discovering new communities and challenges, etc!)

This is your TRIBE TIME tracker!
Write down all the people from your Tribe - and then mark off which days you've gone to see them in the week! This will help you realize who you've been missing and will help you to go spend time with them before too much time has gone by!
