¿Cómo ha ido tu semana? La mía ha sido menos estresante que la anterior, jeje. Eso no quiere decir que me la haya pasado haciendo el vago, para nada. Los días en que no he publicado he realizado trabajos en la sombra y que me tienen muy feliz porque significan aportes para que crezca esta maravillosa colmena y sus habitantes.
Esta entrada sirve de recopilación para aportar como tarea cumplida y como balance de la segunda semana del Desafío Ecency+DreemPort en el que estoy participando. De paso tú te enteras de cuáles eran esos trabajitos.
En esta semana @dreemport nos ha sorprendido con un lema que tiene un trasfondo de generosidad en su elaboración: LOVEvolution. En este post que te enlazo tienes la convocatoria con todos los detalles.

Día 1 - Impulsar a un compañero de nuestro equipo
Si la semana pasada trabajamos en parejas, en esta hemos hecho parejas de parejas, jajaja. Mi equipo está formado por @cescajove, @kamarah, @chincoculbert y @sacra97.
¡Eh, eh! Si yo también estoy en el equipo, entonces algo no cuadra aquí… a ver, a ver, que igual he contado mal… 1, 2, 3…¡y 4! ¡Conmigo tienen que sumar cinco personas!
Sí, mi equipo ha tenido la suerte de tener un miembro añadido. Hubo una pequeña confusión y @sacra97 se quedó sin equipo asignado. Le hicimos un hueco de mil amores.
¿A qué compañero elegí para impulsar un post? Dado que mi pareja de la semana pasada cumplió su parte con sus tareas del desafío (y te adelanto que continúa cumpliendo de sobras), no lo pensé mucho: @cescajove fue mi primera elección. Este es el post que le impulsé.
Pero… el impulso me llegó devuelto. Ya tengo advertida a Cesca de que no se le ocurra autoimpulsarse el próximo post que publique, porque tengo esa duda pendiente y la pienso pagar. Ahora tú que me lees eres testigo.
Día 2 - Impulsar a un novato
Esta tarea me hacía una ilusión especial. Cuando llegué a Hive mi post de introducción pasó sin pena ni gloria. No tenía el conocimiento necesario ni los contactos para moverlo. Por eso, darme una vuelta por los nuevos integrantes de nuestra querida blockchain y dar una acogida calurosa a una persona me da una gran satisfacción. Es como cerrar un círculo que se me quedó abierto en su momento.
No me gustó el momento de entrar en la etiqueta #introduceyourself para buscar a una persona. Me daba la sensación de elegir cosas, cuando detrás de cada una de esas cuentas hay seres humanos como yo. Fue muy raro.
Decidí dejarme llevar por las fotos y pararme en la que me transmitiese algo. Y no tuve que hacer apenas scroll: la sonrisa de @monicamm me ganó al instante. Este es su post de introducción. Como me encontré que el post de Mónica estaba ya impulsado, le hice un envío de puntos Ecency. Cuando hay voluntad de arreglar un problema, se encuentra una solución.
Día 3 - Impulsar un post de una comunidad elegida por el equipo
Este día tuvimos dificultades para coordinarnos en nuestro equipo. Tres de los cinco componentes tuvieron cortes de electricidad, por lo que no pudieron conectarse para aportar. Los dos miembros que sí podíamos ir adelantando tareas fuimos tomando decisiones. Empezamos por diseñar el banner que hace de portada de este post:
Al final, decicimos apoyar a la comunidad VisualBlock. Nos apetecía dedicar nuestros impulsos a una comunidad que fuese pequeña, pues somos conscientes del trabajo que conlleva el crecimiento.
Para ser imparcial, antes de entrar en la comunidad decidí impulsar el primer post que hubiese, sin importar su tema. La única condición que me autoimpuse fue que tuviese calidad. Como el universo es tan maravilloso, el post que allí me esperaba era esta interpretación de violín a cargo de @kkarenmp. No te la pierdas porque toca el instrumento como si fuera un ángel.
Día 4 - Impulsar a un amigo
Cada día voy encontrándome con más personas que empiezo a considerar como amistades. Voy tejiendo una red a mi alrededor en la que me encuentro cómoda. Por tanto, fue difícil quedarme solo con una persona.
Elegí a @juancar347 porque fue la primera cuenta con un cierto peso que comenzó a seguirme y a votar mucho de lo que publico. Hace unas fotografías preciosas y las acompaña con reflexiones que coinciden casi siempre con las mías propias. Cada una de sus publicaciones suponen un par de minutos de belleza, calma y escuchar mi corazón. También coincidimos en nuestro amor por el arte románico, esas biblias en piedra que abundan en la mitad norte de España y que evocan una mística especial. El post que le impulsé da buena muestra de lo que digo.
Mis impresiones
He disfrutado mucho las tareas de esta semana. Utilizar mis puntos de Ecency para impulsar el trabajo de otras personas en una sensación difícil de describir.
Como ya escribí en otro post, la generosidad enriquece al que da y al que recibe. Si quieres ser rico, reparte lo que tienes.

The days when I haven't been posting I've been doing some work in the shadows, which I'm very happy about because they mean contributions to the growth of this wonderful hive and its inhabitants.
This entry serves as a compilation to contribute as a task accomplished and as a balance of the second week of the Ecency+DreemPort Challenge in which I am participating. At the same time, you can find out what those little jobs were.

Day 1 - Boosting a teammate from our team
If last week we worked in pairs, this week we made pairs of pairs, haha. My team consists of @cescajove, @kamarah, @chincoculbert and @sacra97.

Yes, my team has been lucky enough to have an added member. There was a bit of a mix-up and @sacra97 was left without an assigned team. We made room for him just fine.
Which partner did I choose to boost a post? Since my partner from last week fulfilled his part of the challenge tasks (and I'm telling you he's still more than fulfilling them), I didn't think much about it: @cescajove was my first choice. This is the post I pushed him.
But... the impulse came back to me. I have already warned Cesca not to self-prompt the next post I publish, because I have that doubt pending and I'm going to pay for it. Now you who read me are my witness.
Day 2 - Boosting a rookie
I was particularly looking forward to this task. When I first came to Hive my introductory post went unnoticed. I didn't have the knowledge or the contacts to move it. That's why it gives me great satisfaction to go around the new members of our beloved blockchain and give a warm welcome to a person. It is like closing a circle that was left open to me at the time.
I didn't like the moment of entering the #introduceyourself tag to look for a person. It gave me the feeling of choosing things, when behind each of those accounts there are human beings like me. It was very strange.
I decided to let myself be carried away by the photos and stop at the one that transmitted something to me. And I didn't even have to scroll: @monicamm's smile won me over instantly. This is her introduction post. As I found that Monica's post was already boosted, I sent her an Ecency points submission. When there is a will to fix a problem, a solution is found.
Day 3 - Boost a post from a community chosen by the team.
This day we had difficulty coordinating our team. Three of the five members had power outages, so they couldn't go online to contribute. The two of us who were able to move tasks forward made decisions. We started by designing the banner that makes the cover of this post:
In the end, we decided to support the VisualBlock community. We wanted to dedicate our efforts to a small community, as we are aware of the work that comes with growth.
To be fair, before joining the community I decided to boost the first post there was, regardless of its topic. The only condition I imposed on myself was that it had to be of quality. As the universe is so wonderful, the post that awaited me there was this violin performance by @kkarenmp. Don't miss it because he plays the instrument like an angel.
Day 4 - Boosting a friend
Every day I'm meeting more and more people that I'm beginning to consider friends. I am weaving a network around me in which I feel comfortable. So it was difficult to stay with just one person.
I chose @juancar347 because he was the first account with a certain weight that started following me and voting for a lot of what I publish. He takes beautiful photographs and accompanies them with reflections that almost always coincide with my own. Each of her posts is a couple of minutes of beauty, calm and listening to my heart. We also coincide in our love for Romanesque art, those bibles in stone that abound in the northern half of Spain and evoke a special mystique. The post I encouraged him is a good example of what I am saying.
My impressions
I have really enjoyed this week's tasks. Using my Ecency points to boost other people's work is a difficult feeling to describe.
As I wrote in another post, generosity enriches the giver and the receiver. If you want to be rich, distribute what you have.
