Peace
How are you doing?
I am happy to get in contact with you to share some experience I heard from BTC users from the various countries in Western and Northern Hemisphere.
The level of adoption in the country where the financial system is working look in the surface not so popular. However, in the country where crisis on all area of activities appeared, and the population has come to an agreement that the financial system need to change the question on the potential usage of Cryptocurrencies in business has evolved to what is the better way to protect my transactions when I do business with crypto.

I have tried to introduce the concept of payment using the crypto here in my country since 2020. I can see the reason of my failure when I compare my experience to someone living in Liban actively onboarding shops to accept crypto as payment.
The safe net of the traditional system has conquered the mind of the people. They don't want to explore an alternative, considering the current mode of operation in the fiat world is not so bad.
My first barrier to recruit people is the passkey or 20 words recovery passphrases that should be kept by the account owners.
It is absolutely impossible for them to keep their 6 digit passcode to access the ATM, why are they going to lose everything over the passphrase not in order or misspelled.
It is a long journey. I wish they can see the shift on the market and try at least to learn how to leverage this amazing tech offered on the blockchain and the value to value.
It has been no secret that in Latin America, crypto adoption is so high that community on Hive representing Venezuela or El Salvador show daily their digital production and spending HBD in market.
