Lo primero que debes hacer, para empezar cualquier juego, es que el niño o la niña te mira al rostro. Esta regla es esencial, porque la primera etapa del ser humano es muy imitativa y el lenguaje se aprende observando el movimiento del aparato articulatorio: lengua, labios, dientes, paladar. Porque además, un por ciento bien alto del niño distráctil tiene afectado el lenguaje tanto cuantitativamente como cualitativamente. Se empieza de 3 a 5 aproximadamente, donde se le canta canciones, se juega con el niño, para que el mismo empiece a realizar empatía con el especialista. Estas actividades, con el tiempo, deben llegar a 20 minutos aproximadamente donde se trabaja diferentes áreas del conocimiento, teniendo en cuenta la edad y el comportamiento del niño.

5-Ayuda al niño a cruzar una soga bien bajita, a sentarse solo en sillas pequeñas y a caminar por una hilera previamente hecha con cualquier cosa que lo motive. Recuerda que cada niño es una personalidad única y lo que es bello o llamativo para uno puede no serlo para el otro.
-Si es posible incluye actividades como nadar y lleva al niño a lugares espaciosos para correr.
