Death is a subject I don't like talking about when it comes to making plans for it after I am gone. I even hate it when I receive calls selling funeral policy but at the back of my mind I know fully well no man is immortal, there will come a time when we will all depart.
This thus leads to the topic of what plans do we crypto investors have in place for our assets after death and at what amount do we put a will in place for our love ones to inherit after we are gone?
Taking Hive for example at what stage of one's Hive accumulation do one put a will in place especially for those of us that are in for the long term and expecting our holdings to be worth much more in the near future?
I think every token counts, probably from 1000 Hive, imagine if 1 Hive is worth $10, that could help our love ones in some way to have $10 000 worth of Hive after we are gone. And we could take this further into other crypto assets we own.
UK-based cryptocurrency company Coincover estimated that nearly 4 million bitcoins had been lost after the owners’ death. To put this into a USD perspective, it amounts to almost $37 billion

After my dad's passing the family was still able to leave off his gratuity entitlement for 2-3 years which was very helpful for us at the time, so it is only ideal I should emulate that. This is something I have personally really give a thought, I guess it will be wise to start thing about it. Scary stuff!
Cheers!
We owe it to ourselves to make Hive great
