I believe every one of us has a unique fingerprint...Hmm, nothing new there Becca, the medical field established that long ago. I guess, what I mean is that as individuals we are all totally and utterly unique to ourselves.
We each vibrate in a particular way, from the inside out, call it life-force maybe, an energy and vitality that causes us to be...well, it causes us to be ourselves, a person completely and totally different to everyone else.

I believe, the more we like ourselves the more unique we become.
A person who is content and happy with who they are, loves themself, will make decisions around themselves more willingly and more often. That means we can think and act in ways more aligned with who we truly are and that will lead to a more fulfilled and happy life. I'm not talking about making selfish decisions to the detriment of others, just decisions based on the unique individual we each are.
Our lives are not perpetual, cannot be repeated, and the things we do in the present matter greatly which is why I believe it's incredibly important to be ourselves, create our own style and lives, and be the author of our own unique story. We take influences in, learn from others, develop, grow and change, however we each do so in our own unique way and sometimes completely independently of others. Either way, we write our stories on the pages of life and I believe in being uniquely me rather than following other people's lead.
Our experiences help determine who we are as we move through our lives and I feel it's important to seek and embrace them, the good or bad, and use them to create a life into which we have poured our energy and vitality.
