A dance is a corporal expression that goes to the rhythm of the music, and as the music varies in its rhythm, in the same proportion must vary the dance, therefore a good dancer must adapt to the different rhythms of the music and turn the dance into a corporal expression with diversity of rhythm in its manifestation.
Therefore, when we ask ourselves the question: Is it better to adapt or to be dragged?
It is necessary to adapt, since the option of being dragged by the change is that we do not end up adapting, while everyone else knows how to take advantage of the benefits of the new changes, others fail in the attempt.
In any case, if we manage to understand an environment that demands us not to adapt to new changes, then we will be able to choose between the option of letting the changes drag us, as long as it is better for us, although I find it very difficult that there are circumstances that favor not adapting to new changes.
Life brings an endless number of options to choose from, let's imagine for a moment that life is like a turbulent river, and that we are small boats navigating through those waters, then we must understand that:
No matter how turbulent and turbulent the river may seem for us to navigate, the same river will give us opportunities for moments of time in which the riverbed will be calm and we can enjoy the trip, at other times the turbulence of its flow will return, and it will be in our hands and decisions to decide if we paddle hard to avoid being swept away, or if on the contrary we do nothing and let ourselves be swept away by the current.
What we can be sure that will be constant in life is the changes that it brings us, there are changes in life that are sudden and abrupt, and others that are coming in advance and that give us time to prepare ourselves for the inevitable adaptation.
There are circumstantial changes, which come into our lives but are irrelevant, while there are changes under which we have to end up adapting because they are for a lifetime.
