When I was a child I liked many things that were fun for me at that time, among them traditional games of my country such as rubber ball, spinning top, metras or marbles, kite, among others.
That activity of being in the street playing I think it favored me a lot, because it kept me in good physical shape, but when everything began to change in the blink of an eye that I didn't even realize?
Logically nothing is eternal in life, therefore changes had to come, when I entered the stage of adolescence, although the dynamism was no longer the same, I still kept me physically well because I liked to play basketball a lot.
Already in my university stage I took some time to play basketball from time to time and still my lifestyle could be considered optimal, it was not until the responsibilities began to arrive to my life, I changed a little my physique, I began to gain weight, however the drastic changes I began to see after the pandemic of covid-19, from then on I gained approximately 60 kilograms of weight until I got a health condition called insulin resistance.
This health condition has changed my lifestyle a lot, perhaps I have had many emotional fluctuations, sometimes a little depressed, I almost do not like to go out, if I go out I do not enjoy as in my old times.
So I have come to the conclusion that what keeps us healthy are our own tastes of youth and adolescence, but that same thing that we suddenly liked in adolescence comes to a point where we stop liking it, and it is there at that point where our decline in quality of life can begin.
All is not lost, with a lot of sacrifice and mental concentration I try to motivate myself, I am already going out to walk and exercise, and try to change my life, and maybe I can begin to feel some tastes in my lifestyle that resemble those of the past.
