It's the beginning of another great year! And it's amazing how we could just switch from the previous year to another wonderful year.
This post is all about gratitude, appreciation, and thanksgiving to ALMIGHTY GOD, to the universe, and to everyone who made the previous year great.
I am indeed appreciative of the lessons and experiences that I gathered throughout last year, from challenges to triumphs, each moment has shaped me into being a better version of myself.
Quite a year!
Moments like this are beautiful. I was reflecting on the small victories that painted cute little smiles on my face and the unexpected turns that led to a path of discovery.
It has been a rollercoaster of emotions, challenges, and trials and to think that it will come to an end for that year was just an illusion. It's just a continuous cycle of life and its predicaments.
I am thankful for the unwavering support of my friends, colleagues, authors of the hive that I know in space and persons, and most of all my family because without all this support I wouldn't have been where I am today.
I am also thankful for my resilience because I know that the journey of adulthood isn't easy for an average Nigerian. The understanding of growth in all areas of life has been so overwhelming this is why I keep leveraging my resilience as a catalyst for success in my professional and educational pursuits of my career.
Lastly, I am super grateful to GOD for his infinite mercy throughout last year, for safe travels to and fro throughout the preparation of my friend's wedding (would write about this soonest) which was a successful one. It wasn't easy, to be honest, it has just been GOD all this while!
I know how many accidents I have witnessed only these few days that I traveled down to the east. In most of the incidents, people lost their lives and a few were fatally injured.
The particular one that broke me was the death of a young lady who was on her way to her destination and had a fatal accident that took her life immediately. This made me so numb that I took my time to meditate on encounters that came my way throughout the previous year so this is why I am grateful for every privilege that I have been given today.
What more can I say?
I'm just going to say lord am grateful for everything!
